Bought 2 x tickets October 2021 - was over charged and kick off time was incorrect. Tried to contact them via email/ phone several time with no response. We did not received a refund or tickets to watch the football match!

Credit card company refuses to refund the money as they are “non- refundable”

Avoid this website.

This company is a fraud don't use it. They have just conned us out of 5 Liverpool tickets. They don't answer their phones or reply to emails. Stay well clear of them.

I live in the Middle East and purchased tickets for Spurs v Leeds in the Leeds end. I paid GBP 440 for the tickets.

Having arrived in the UK on the Thursday (game was Sunday) I was ringing and ringing (and concurrently emailing) eventually to getting through to someone on the Friday (after many calls and hours on hold). They assured me all was ok and the e-tickets would arrive Saturday. Then on Saturday afternoon I get an email saying my transaction had been flagged as fraud and to provide further verification (even though they had taken my money for the tickets in September with no problems). Following verification, I was told the tickets were not available in the Leeds end and that I had been upgraded with tickets in the Spurs end (as a Leeds supporter)! I politely declined and requested a refund.

Then at 4.28pm on the game day (2 mins before kick off), bearing in mind we are not even at the stadium and had 'agreed' a refund, we were issued 2 tickets to the Spurs end. Then to also be told that they had provided us with tickets and were not due a refund.

Furthermore, I then got a GBP 150 phone bill for aimlessly calling the call centre in Spain and being on hold forever.

I have followed up with many emails and complaints and radio silence.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE - NO MATTER WHAT THEY TELL YOU.

Give it all the talk , but totally let you down for Football tickets but more than happy to keep your money with no chance of a REFUND!!!!!!!

Ive bought tickets for a manunited game and can't seem to get in touch with the company any advice o what to do now?

How can this company be 40% excellent when every review is bad. They are clearly a bunch of crooks as they never respond to any contact once they have your money

Jeg har nu i flere omgange kontaktet dette firma, på alle de tilgængelige emailadresser der findes på deres hjemmeside, udover har jeg forsøgt at kontakte dem pr telefon, men der er ingen reaktion. Jeg havde euro 900 tilgode hos dem, som jeg ville bruge til en Premier League tur, hertil efteråret, men da jeg skulle ind og kigge på min konto var pengene væk. De nægter at svare på mine henvendelser, så det er bare penge ud af vinduet. Jeg havde de 900 euro stående på min Credit, da en tidligere tur blev annulleret grundet Covid-19, og da jeg så ville bruge min Credit, var de bare væk. Simpelthen uacceptabel måde at behandle kunder på, jeg håber at dette skriv, kan gøre at alle fremover benytter et andet firma, når i skal bestille fodboldbilleter, for her bliver i bare bestjålet. Jeg fortsætter med at skrive flere mails hver uge, og håber i min naivitet, at de på et tidspunkt svarer, hvilket de jo nok ikke gør. I skulle skamme jer!!!

I had some tickets for the match a between Sevilla CF and FC Barcelona that was to be held on 04/05/2020, then postponed to 09/19/2020 and finally canceled due to the health crisis of COVID-19.
After the cancellation of the game, initially I was given the possibility to choose between returning the money, losing a small amount or obtaining a credit for the full amount of the purchase. At that time we choose the first option. Later we were told that this refund could not be made and that it had to be a credit to use before 01/01/2022, and since we had no choice, we accepted this option.
The problem has come with the return to the stadiums of the matches, which has been this summer (2021), when I have tried to make different purchases of tickets to use my credit, I have not been able to finalize it in any of the cases, since the system When introducing the credit payment, it does not accept the full credit, and only allows a part corresponding to approximately half of the purchase to be used, pretending that the remaining amount is paid again later.
After multiple attempts to solve this problem by mail and by phone, they have given me absolutely no solution and the problem persists.
Now they don´t answer my emails nor calls.

I don't know if its a full blown scam or whether its just an unprofessional company. We ordered 2 tickets for Liverpool - AC Milan. First we only received one ticket. Then we were told 2 hours before both our tickets have been canceled and we would be refunded. We had already traveled to Liverpool. Then they said the tickets were delivered (but they weren't). When presenting with email evidence they stopped responding. No refund. No response. Order 542432. M Anders

Seriously... I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Was on vacation in Europe and found out a few of my favorite bands were going to be together at a show within an hour of where I was. I picked out the first company I found online... unfortunately this one... and have regretted it ever since.

ZERO customer service. Literally... none. Couldn't get a hold of them when my tickets didn't arrive by the day of the show. I was willing to pick them up from somewhere if I could've just got help. Ended up having to buy tickets from a scalper, paying much more than they were worth, AND THEN couldn't get a refund because they "assured" me that the tickets were shipped.

Right...

Very bad company... if this is the way you want to make money... I suggest you robe a BANK. I have purchased 4 tickets last weekend and Yes... I did not check the reviews and YES... no tickets, money gone... If you get in contact with them it's only when you want to buy something, then they try to get your money. If you already bought tickets you will get a computer answer. Never buy here... for me it was too late, I hope for others not. So, be careful and NEVET buy products here.

Spent £400 on tickets to a Barcelona vs Juventus friendly game on the 8th of aug for a friend who lives in Barcelona. When he went to the game his was told his e-ticketsx2 were already used that day and he could not enter. I have spent 4 weeks trying to call this company with no response and with email they once said they will investigate but I have no update and they are now ignoring my emails ! £400 I could have pissed into the wind ? Terrible company ! For all I know they could be selling multiple copies of e-tickets online to unsuspecting tourists ! Do not use ! Do not use! Desperados

Tickets for my football match Northern Ireland vs Netherlands on 16-11-2019 were cancelled on Thursday 14-11-2019 17:31.
They told me I would receive the refund of my tickets (€548,-), but that it can take up to 30 working days, according to our T&C.
Now already 1,5 years, and more than 30 reminders later, I still didn't receive any money back.
This really feels like fraud, so my advise to anyone, don't buy anything from these guys!!!
