Quality rubber bases

I'm happy with all services provided by online smoke, every order received with no problems so far. My only request is for the website to add express postage option in checkout menu please. Other than that, it's 5 stars from me. Thanks guys for all services provided

Great service would have been nice to have an image of the product I was purchasing. This resulted in me picking the wrong one but it will suit my needs, decided so be it.
If there was an image I would have been able to more easily differentiate between the 2/3 products

The purchase and price were fine. The service and time it took them to dispatch item was not.

Waited 3 months for product to arrive and it doesnt work. Didnt receive any communication the whole time unless I initiated it.

The glass cone was broken on arrival. It was very well packed so I’m thinking it’s happened in transit before it was bubble wrapped.

Look it Is what’s was in the picture except the picture doesn’t do the size justice. The bulb is massive and needs to almost be held with 2 hands. It’s a lot larger girth wise than I thought it would be.The mouth piece is enormous. I expected roughly from the picture the size of the bulb would fit in one hand. Not looking for a refund of anything just an honest opinion

The store rang me while searching for the product I ordered as they didn't think there were any left. To our delight, one was found. Very friendly and helpful staff, and an excellent range of products. My order arrived quickly and I'm so happy with it.

I thought I was purchasing 2 tube fillers, I messaged you and received no reply. I have no idea what you sent me or how to use them. Not happy.

The way you put the company name in big bold letters on the back of the parcel.

Of course my postman is going to know what's within this package when it gets delivered with ONLINE SMOKE boldly printed on the label.

The product was good but delivery took about 4 weeks as the company took ages to see my bank transfer (the only payment method they accept). I emailed twice and phoned them before they realized payment had been made

Not real impressed with the customer service. I ordered an item yesterday, decided I wanted to change the shipping address, emailed support, no reply? I also called the phone number provided to attempt to speak to someone, but it went to voicemail. I simply wanted to cancel my order. I really hope they can cancel my order - I emailed them again, but got a canned response indicating they will let me know when it ships? I just want to cancel my order.
