Brilliant company to learn to drive with, my instructor was Zahir he was amazing i knew literally nothing when i started he taught me everything within 6 days, thankyou so much.

My course was supposed to start on the 5th of September the instructor was made aware he was the one responsible for my lessons 10 days prior the start date. As he had previous arrangements already with his other pupils and tests booked for the week he was supposed to be teaching me. When I contact the customer service team and explained the situations Mark was not only rude and not helpful at all as he said they have not been made aware of the situation by the instructor so there was nothing they could do. The instructor called me on 30/08 advising he sent them an email explained the above issue; I heard nothing from the company. On the 5th I sent an email asking when would be my new date to start and who was my new instructor and their replay was "So do you mean the course has not started at all?". After all this when I ask if we could cancel the course and get a refund not only they will not give me back my £200+ pounds for a theory test, they also tried to charge me the rest of the money for a service they failed to provide. They are not only rude to the customer, unhelpful, badly organized they will also rip you off.

Edit - I don't understand why you have taken to lying in your reply. I chose the dates from the 5th to the 9th to do this course, and within our later communication, I informed you that I was on holiday and said I'd be back on the 4th September. I then stated I could get a earlier flight if needed, and YOU told ME to phone the instructor to arrange the dates and hours. The instructor then informed me he had zero availability during that time frame that was booked through YOU.
I then phoned you back to find out what is happening as I booked all of this way in advance and paid a deposit. You informed me that you can't do anything to which I THEN enquired about a refund.
This is where I was met with a barrage of attitude and mockery from YOUR staff Mark.
I felt taken advantage of, insulted and ontop of that you then lie about this situation within the public forum.
Not only have you written the full name of myself but of the instructor aswell which I'm sure is a breach of DPA.
I will contact the ombudsman and show them this situation.

I am warning ANYONE who wants driving lessons to AVOID this company. They couldn't run a tap let alone a business.

Overall very good service from all in this company, from booking through to attending lessons, and passing the test, all staff were very helpful, the booking process was very easy to use, I booked online and confirmed dates by phone, the instructor I was with Stephen Lee, was absolutely brilliant and I can't recommend him enough, if you book with this company please, ask for him if possible as he will get you through your test, very attentive and happy to work at whatever pace you are comfortable with, originally I was booked to have four days of lessons and save the last for the test itself, but under Stephens advice we held back an extra day, which was used to get used to the area I did my test in, and this paid dividends, pass with 2 minor faults, first attempt at the test. 10/10 will definitely recommend!

I did a 18hour intensive with Ian Swatton.
I can be quite nervous when driving but Ian made me feel very comfortable and at ease from the moment i got in his car. He was very patient with me and i felt no pressure at all throughout the weeks drive. I had quite a lot of previous driving experiences but just needed to polish up before my test and i'm so glad I got Ian because I passed first time with only 4 minors!
I would recommend him to anyone!

This company took £480 from my wife. She tried to get a refund before attending the course but she wasn't granted one. Instead, we were insulted and mocked over the phone in the most callous manner. My wife opened a dispute via her bank and managed to get her money back thanks to the vigilance of her bank not through this pathetic company. Hahahaha, unlucky one week driving course! 😂

Avoid this company at all cost, they are very unprofessional and all the other reviews speak for it.
Each time I got to speak with Mark, who apparently is the owner of the company, he was patronising and rude. There is no attempt at helping and you can tell he simply doesn't care.
All they care about is money and if there are any issues, they will simply blame it on you.
After 12 hours with my instructor, I felt that I'd been set to fail. There was no clear structure to the lessons, not a lot of patience either. I let them know that I wasn't getting on too well with the instructor after 2 days (12 hours) and the response I got was 'it's tough, the only options you have is either lose the money or carry on with the course'. All in all, I paid almost £1500 to a company for 12 hours of frustration.

To anyone else on here who has suffered the same as me, if you're interested in seeking legal remuneration through a joint claim, update your review stating so and we can look to get the ball rolling, this is nothing short of glorified theft!

Kevin was an excellent instructor! He was far better than other instructors I've had in the past and I appreciated that he explained why I needed to change my driving technique rather than just stating the changes that I needed to make. He was determined to not only enable me to pass my test but to give me the guidance to become a good driver which I also appreciated.
For anyone who is considering booking one of these courses, I would definitely recommend it to the right person. It is very intense so I'd recommend taking plenty of breaks and also put the work in when you've finished the course for the day. Whether that's extra driving or looking on youtube.

Our daughter recently completed the 24 hour course and test - and passed! Her instructor, Bruno, was very patient with her and corrected a few bad habits and things that had arisen over the pandemic period which has effected this whole generation of drivers.
Bruno was informative and knowledgable and exactly who my daughter needed at this stage of her driving career having had two other instructors & a global pandemic in the last 18 months.
To pass first time is testament to the skill and dedication of her instructor and re-enforced what we believed, which was this type of intensive course is perfect for learner drivers who have already clocked in tens of hours behind the wheel but just need a push over the line.

SCAM!!!
I paid for a 30 hour course for my son, never recieved the course when I rang as no instructor showed up on the day he was due to start the man MARK said it was our own fault we never contacted them to confirm everything was ok, then laughed at me when i said it was down to them to provide the service i paid for.
They refused to refund me saying they had appointed me a driving instructor however upon speaking to said driving instrutor he know nothing about it.
Two more phone calls to the office to have the phone put down on me both times.
all they want is your cash, they have no idea what they are doing!!

This company use this website to sell driving lessons, then contact instructors like Me to sell the pupil. They are just a middle man . Any good instructor like myself will generally be full with our own local pupils .. they email me several times a week. I’ve asked them to stop contacting me . So now I leave this review

Avoid this company at all costs they are a terrible company to deal with my son was messed about constantly. Don't be fooled there is nothing intensive about the courses they offer. Its just a very expensive way to book lessons and test, would be much better off just using a driving instructor and booking tests yourself. My son had his training cancelled twice we booked in August 2021 he didn't have any training until January 2022 then his test wasn't until March.... 10 weeks between training and test is ridiculously long and not at all intensive. I know there are long waits because of covid but they didn't mention it when we booked all they are interested in is taking your deposit they couldn't care less if there students passed or failed.

Waited for a month just to get an email that my course has been cancelled, do not give your money to them, scam

Paid for a intensive one week 18 hour driving course in August 2021, had to wait till the first week of January to start my lessons, company blamed covid (fair enough) was told that "no test had been booked for the week of my lessons but, cancellations come up all the time and I shouldn't have to wait for more than a week"
My test has now been booked for "sometime In June 2022"
I phoned to complain, no apology, and the conversation about cancellations coming up all the time was denied that it ever happened
I was told to "check the small print" as there is no guarantee on when your test will be
I asked for a refund and was told I could have £62 back but would have to chase the instructor for the rest, I paid £800 for this awful service and am no closer to having a licence
The only positive I can say was the instructor I had was really good

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND FIND ANOTHER INTENSIVE DRIVING SCHOOL

Absolute Con artists... would not advise dealing with this company to anyone, besides the disgusting attitude received from their incompetent staff. Their lack of communication has caused my test date to be changed on 3 occasions, the most recent I was notified for last Friday and was booked for 09/02/22 giving me only 5 days notice alongside an instructor who couldn’t abide to the date. I’ve received a repeated statement in each email and phone call from them for their justification of not refunding me and which I have answered too and I’ve been met with consistent stupidity all the way along. Currently £200 down, stuck with a driving test thats been booked in cardiff at the end of May with no instructor or any communication provided even though my initial test was booked for February 16th and planned with an instructor that they provided.

I booked a course of lessons with this company. I had to schedule it for several months ahead due to the current high demand for driving lessons. Fair enough. But less than one month before my lessons should have started the company contacted me to tell me they had cancelled my lessons due to a lack of instructors in my area. Now I have to book again with someone else and start the waiting period of several months all over again!

Easy to book with and good communication during the booking process. The theory test booking was smooth as well and the study material helpful. As some of the other reviews state, you do have to be a bit flexible with the practical test date (or with the test location) as bookings are quite difficult to get at the moment. I was instructed by Darren, he was patient, professional and thorough. The one week intensive course suited me as I could focus on it for the week and take time off work. I passed my practical on the first time with only two minors, so a good result all up!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! UTTER DISGRACE. I booked my course for Feb this year and due to COVID it got cancelled (fair enough). I was then given another test date for July but heard sod all from the instructor about getting in 48 hours worth of lessons. 9 WHOLE MONTHS later I was all booked in so took 2 weeks leave from work. On their website they lie and say the test is booked for final day of the course which is funny as mine got booked in a whole month later! My instructor contacted me to say my test was booked for Tuesday 16th November so we had to do lessons on a weekend which again according to the website lessons are usually MON-THURS so I had to cancel plans and do extra hours on weekdays because the test had been booked in too early so had no choice. I started on the Sunday and all was ok so I forgot how s**t they had been because my instructor was nice so I let it go. My instructor was late every single day and then 4 days in he cancelled my lesson 10 mins before I was due to start because apparently he had to wait for a breakdown provider. 10 mins later I had to call him and it turns out he made a 'mistake' and realised my test was in for December 16th! UNPROFESSIONAL OR WHAT? I was furious as I had taken 2 weeks leave and my workplace is not at all flexible. I then was offered a cancellation date for a completely different area to where I live which I was unhappy with when I am paying £1600 for this course and I was unable to be flexible with dates anyway! In the end I had to cancel and the instructor agreed to pay back £800. I am in the process of writing a complaint to the company for my deposit as I expect it to be refunded and if it isn't I will be going to small claims court. Overall absolutely shocking service, company just want your money, total scam. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I booked a week driving course for May. Received a confirmation receipt email saying my test will be on one of the last days of that week. So I booked the whole week off work.
It was getting closer to the week and I hadn’t heard about my test date so I emailed them and they said that they’re still searching for one…
Cut a long story short, they never got me a test. I completed 2/3 of my lessons during that week (took a whole week off work for nothing) and they said that I would hear from them soon with my test date.
I didn’t hear for ages, I chased them and chased them and I kept getting ignored and then was told I should’ve used my common sense and not booked an intense driving course at the moment…
After chasing for so long, they said I’ve got a test in October. So I did most of my lessons in May and they got me a test 5 months later? Is that really a ‘one week intense driving course’, because I don’t think it is.
I asked for a few complimentary extra hours before I took my test due to the inconvenience and got ignored multiple times.
I took my test in October and unfortunately failed… wasn’t really a surprise though after such a long time of not driving at all.
There was no way I was using this company again to find me another test so I found another one… who managed to find me a cancellation test for 4 weeks later.
This company constantly said they look for cancellations every 2 minutes for me… but clearly not because how did it take 5 months and it took another company less than 4 weeks?
I could keep going on but overall, their customer service is terrible, they’re rude, they steal your money and completely disregard everything they promise in their terms&conditions. Do not use.
