After the bad experience my boyfriend had with this rude, unorganised and unhelpful company, he has since failed 3 driving tests. He did a 24 hour intense course and had Michelle Rosen as his instructor. Avoid at all costs!

My sister booked a driving course back in October 2022 for November 2022. It was an expensive course and she saved up a lot of money. She was then informed not long after that they could no longer offer her that week, as due to covid they had no practical tests. But did offer her a week in January that she could take all of the course. On the day the course started my father asked the teacher if a practical test had been confirmed for the Friday and his response was ‘yes’. On the last day of her practice the teacher informed her that there was no test for the following day and that she will have wait 19 DAYS! How can you offer a intense driving course then not deliver and expect that to be ok?
My sister was then informed by the teacher that one week driving course email him telling him to not tell my sister until the last day of practice. My sister is so let down by the whole situation and feels she will not pass now as it will have been so long since she last drove. You should not be offering a course you CANT deliver on.

I had an amazing experience driving with Steve! I'd previously been learning to drive before the pandemic and wanted to try an intensive to quickly get it done with and it was one of the best decisions I have made! He was very patient and understanding and worked well with me in order to improve on things I was struggling with or unsure about. Without him I wouldn't have passed my driving test and I wouldn't have a licence. Tah m you!

Hassle free booking process that got a test the same week as my lessons. Colin was a fantastic instructor who was very patient and helpful. The whole process was a breeze, I wish I done it the first time I took my test!

I couldnt drive at the start of it and after 2 days i already felt confident. instructor was very furrow and taught me everything ina great manner. i would 100% recommend Sayed Chowdhury.

I took a 24h intensive course with Ian Whitewood (OneWeekDriving). He was an amazing instructor, very calm, friendly and knowledgable. I went from not being able to drive on the Monday to passing my test first time 7 days later. Dates were exactly what I asked for and a test was allocated quickly. All was arranged for me including the theory test. I can only highly recommend.

Alan was a great driving instructor and the course was really good. Would recommend if you want to pass quickly

I booked a 30 hour intensive driving course with OneWeekDrivingCourse and they offered courses at an earlier date than other sites. Course commenced on planned dates no issues at all.
Driving instructor (Syed Chowdhury) was a great instructor, he was patient, understanding, experienced and knowledgeable. He would review any mistakes you made and plan how to correct this next time - no complaints if you made a mistake just how we can improve. Couldn’t recommend him enough!! I think the intensive course is good as when it comes to sitting your test as it’s all fresh in your mind not only that I only took 5 days off of work instead of doing a few hours each week and then sitting the test months later. I sat my test on the 12/09/22 and I passed first time with just one minor, no issues at all happy :)

I had a really enjoyable week learning with Kelvin.
He is a great teacher and all round lovely person! Highly recommend him to anyone thinking of taking an intensive course.
Big shout out to him !

Ian Swatton my instructor was incredible! He made everything feel so easy. Gave me so many tips on how to do reverse parking and I parked perfectly every time. On the day of my test he reassured me that I would be fine and predicted a pass. I passed my test with one minor! I can’t rate Ian or this service high enough! Thank you so much! Passing my test has changed my life completely! Even at the young age of 44 😄

Great. I do like the driving instructor named Darren Wilkinson to teach me to pass my driving eam and I definitely recommend my friends to attend his lesson

I am a driving instructor
I am posting the following to warn you if you want to book a course with this company
Do not book a driving course on the expectation that they will find you a test sooner than you can do on Govt website
Do not pay them until they find a driving instructor and test booked near to you
If you pay the deposit pay by credit card for chargeback
They are middle man, they don’t have their own instructors, they contact freelance instructors to take you on
They take a big sum of money as a deposit but None of deposit goes to driving instructor
If there is no test booked for the course don’t pay the full balance, pay on daily basis
They won’t refund your money as soon they find you an instructor
They don’t deliver, their website is colourful and misleading
Contact Trading Standard if they refused to refund for the service not delivered, you will your money back

In reply to his remarks, I wanted to add the followings for pubic awareness
Recently I refused to work for this man as I am a self employed driving instructor and have no contract because of following issues
It is correct that I asked my pupils to pay per day rather than whole balance at the beginning of the course because there was no test in place for weeks after the courses commenced
Mark was not happy because he wants to take the deposit and wash his hand off and blame instructor and COVID backlog, please don’t hand over full balance at the beginning of the course, pay daily
He has also said that I would refuse to take my pupils to the test after many months course has completed, that is absolutely nonsense, I found that this man doesn’t care about anything apart money and I am honest man and have some principles and it’s absolutely morally unjustifiable to take the money and have the test 4 months after
How does it make sense if you buy a 36hrs course for a 17 years old
This man force the instructors to do 36 hours in 6 days , that means 7 hours a day ( 6hrs driving +1hr break) for 6 days
1hr pick up 1hr return to base in total approximately 63 hours, this is more than hours allowed for a professional commercial vehicle drivers, how can you expect from a 17 years old pupils to concentrate and learn
I believe it’s could be against health and safety act!

I didn’t say that intensive courses should be banned, in my opinion 5 hours a day is maximum, one can focused and learning can take place but the flexibility between the instructor and pupils needed to achieve the learning process to take place
There are a lots of intensive courses with friendly and flexibility on hours and test booked at the end of the courses, I regret that I worked for this man for many years, this man have no morals

Booking my driving course with OneWeekDrivingCouse was the best choice i’ve ever made. Khurshid Khan was a brilliant instructor and was so patient with me. I’ve had other instructors in the past that have over complicated driving but Khurshid was amazing. Thank you so much, I couldn’t have done it without you!

Not happy at all! 1 year ago you took my money!! £1250.00. Now why is it I'm waiting all this time, then my mate books a course with you guys and he has already started his lessons and got his test next week yet I have to wait until December! Crap service. Absolutely disgusted. 1 star and you font even deserve that because I can't select to have zero stars!!

The company was on top of cancellations and managed to get me a test the same week of the course, despite the backlog which was great. My instructor was great, really helpful and chatty, which made the experience much easier and enjoyable
