De belles créations philatéliques mais la qualité de l'emballage laisse un peu a désirer notamment de la part d'un service postal.

AVOID at all costs.
Choose another company if you want to receive your parcel as expected in time.
Used their courier service for a parcel to be delivered to UK with the expected delivery time as they advertise, but it was a total let down and disappointment, many people were let down.

I would not give them even x1 star.

Package does not arrive on time.
Omniva does not seem to operate at any degree of competence in Estonia.

Do not use their services if need reliability!

2 boxes from Latvia to Copenhagen with all the goods for my christmas-sale. The boxes is gone. When we write to Omniva, we only get auto-repy, standard-mails. DO NPOT USE THIS COMPANY if you are sending anything with value.
We expected the boxes in the end of october/start november. They are still not here. (December 12th)

The policy of this company is to pretend delivery in time. This is not the first time that the courier loads parcels early in the morning, all day long keeps them in the car and at the end of working day registers that he tried to deliver, but failed. Though he didn't call by phone, didn't come to the door, so just simply lying as he didn't have enough time or was not motivated enough.

If I could I wold rate 0. Package..a ladies bag 🎒 shipped to Finland 🇫🇮..not Ireland 🇮🇪..where it should. 58 days
No update. Still waiting. Active..that's all I know. I see many similar complaints and comments.

No timeslot given for home delivery and tried to redirect it to package machine by calling the number provided. That didn't work and when the driver called we tried again to redirect it to package machine, but several days later it ends up in a postal office with limited opening hours far away from where we live.

Was supposed to deliver a parcel to an address always staffed during business hours, no notification.
The shipment returns back to the other side of the world.

I just have to give massive props to Vincent who's part of the "Omniva" external communications team. Not only did he get to me extremely fast but also was by my side every step of the way! Experience beyond words.

Forever worst customer service. A courier always says that they called, but they are always lying and never brings parcel on time or even never brings. Girls on the phone are always not helpful rude and asking to write emails when I just want to have direct information about my parcel in curent time. NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES!

Never use omniva!!! I am waiting for my package for almost two weeks now and im still waiting for it but they even say on their website that max time for delivery is two days more like two weeks.

Package never comes the day they say it will be there, I had to wait extra 3 days to get my package never using omniva again.

its not possible to give zero stars. They are very dishonest and incompetent. I have had a case on going for 2 weeks now. they keep trying to blame the tax department and they keep changing the tracking information trying to cover up that one of their employees has stolen half of my order. I would strongly advise against using this company for anything other than making an insurance claim on something that you never want to be delivered or seen ever again.

I would like to know, how do they have an average 1.4 stars when all the reviews are for 1 star. surely this makes the average 1.0 stars?

Почему нет варианта ставить звезду со знаком минус, Омнива это заслуживает. Мне пришла посылка, в почтамате у Призмы в Нарве, забирал сын, 3 раза пытался ввести код, но дверца так и не пожелала открыться, он позвонил в техническую службу, сказали, перезвонить, обещали переложить, посылку в другую ячейку, и тишина...звоню серез сутки, перед этим попробовала снова открыть ту злосчастную ячейку, она открылась, но оказалась пустой, в инфо службе Омнива, меня уверили, что курьер забрал и завтра переложить в другую, ячейку. Прошли сутки от Омнива ни ответа ни привета снова. Звоню снова в Омнива, отвечают быстро, но ответа на мой вопрос когда же я получу свою посылку, я так и не услышала, видимо из-за того что я днем раньше заглянула в ячейку, которая была пуста, они отметили у себя что посылка забрана. Теперь я совсем не понимаю как я докажу, что посылка так и не была мною получена. Я возмущена таким сервисом. Теперь, что либо заказывая через интернет, я 100 раз подумаю, а оно мне надо!
P.S. не прошли и сутки, как меня будит звонок телефона от работника Омнива, в 9-22 утра мне вежливо сообщают, что моей посылке присвоен новый код, и я смогу ее забрать в том же почтамате у Призмы, надеюсь, что спустя 5 дней, мне таки удастся встретится со своей посылкой!🤗

Это просто мерзкая контора, никогда у них не буду заказывать услуги.
Был случай с этими "работниками".

Доставили товар полностью уничтоженным, потому что не додумались, что стекло нужно паковать как стекло, а не просто в коробку побросать ( передавал только товар, упаковкой занимались они сами). На жалобы никакой реакции, сказали, что они вообще не поступали.

2 times now that I am denied shipment with Omniva because I have a Spanish phone number instead of an Estonian one. Simply why? There are no roaming charges for calls between EU numbers so this makes absolutely NO sense. On top of that, if I am collecting my package from a locker all I need is an email, the phone is useless.

Absolute nonsense. Packages are ALWAYS late. Getting gontact with the delivery guy is impossible. Everytime they arrive on a totally random time unnoticed, kind of expecting for you to be at home 24/7 and waiting for them.

Обслуживание клиентов, очень хорошие, трубки кидают грубят.
Посылки достовляют не вовремя.
Обещают перезвонить, не перезванивают.
Фирма просто го.но.
Го.но такое, что ваняет навсю Эстонию!!

I was waiting for my parcel for around one month. Went to their post office three times, called their customer support twice. And no one could help me with this easy issue: your parcel is in the customs. You have to wait. That’s all they told me. Then I somehow figured out ON MY OWN how to pay for it and fill out the declaration online (it can be done at maasikas.emta.ee website). But NO ONE in the post office told me this. Seems like they all are very unprofessional and don’t know simple info about their service.
Avoid this company by all means.
