Until my latest shipment, I had been satisfied with Omniva’s services, but this experience significantly changed my opinion. A parcel from Kaunas to Alytus has now been in transit for four days, and according to the information provided, it spent two of those days essentially "lost" in a sorting center.
The delivery was scheduled for May 19th, and today is already May 22nd, yet there is still no clear information regarding its status. Customer support waiting times are around 10–15 minutes. I was told I would receive a callback with updated information, but after two days I have not heard anything.
When I called to ask whether the parcel would at least be delivered by the final deadline or if I should arrange to collect it myself, I still received no concrete answer — only that it would "possibly" be delivered, with no indication of when.
Until now, I had never had any interaction with Omniva’s customer support, but after this situation, it is easy to understand why there are so many negative reviews regarding their service quality.
You'll be twice faster WALKING than their delivery service

And you can't even retrieve it personally while it's "in process". Even their customer support is out of excuses what could be taking so long and why.

Ordered a perfume from notino on the 15th of April. Estimated delivery was 18th of April. My package has been sitting in OMNIVA’S sorting center since 18th of April til now. (9 days I don’t know what they sorting for 9 days). Tried to contact OMNIVA’S support the entire day and somehow the whole day their consultants were busy and they didn’t connect. Called to the place from where I ordered. I contacted them around a week-ish ago they sent an email to OMNIVA themselves, they haven’t received any answer either. Customer support is non existing in this company. They should either really reconsider how they treat their customers or just close fully.
“Pakeliaujančios” siuntos
Pirmas rimtas incidentas buvo, kai siunčiau siuntą iš Vilniaus į Diuseldorfą. Iš pradžių viskas atrodė gerai, galėjau sekti siuntą. Tačiau vos tik ji pasiekė Vokietiją, sekimas tiesiog dingo. Susisiekus su Omniva, man buvo pasakyta, kad kai siunta iškeliauja už Lietuvos ribų, jie nieko negali padaryti, ir turiu kreiptis į DHL ar kitą įmonę, kuri GALBŪT turi mano siuntą.
Paklausus: „Tai aš esu jūsų klientas ar DHL?“- atsakymas buvo, kad jie vis tiek nieko negali padaryti.
Bandžiau susisiekti su kitomis įmonėmis– niekas nieko nežinojo. Galiausiai dar kartą paskambinus į Omnivą, atsiliepė maloni darbuotoja, kuri bent jau sugebėjo išsiaiškinti, kad mano siunta jau 2 mėnesius guli kažkokiame rūšiavimo sandėlyje. Visą tą laiką niekas negalėjo pasakyti, kur ji yra.
Svarbu paminėti, kad siuntoje buvo dovanos, maistas, lietuviški užkandžiai, marinuotos daržovės. Siunta taip ir nepasiekė gavėjo- ji buvo grąžinta atgal į Lietuvą. Viskas buvo sugedę: maistas– supuvęs, drabužiai– supelyję.
Negana to, kurjeris, pristatęs grąžintą siuntą, dar paprašė sumokėti apie 4 € už jos grąžinimą.
Tikrai „puikus“ aptarnavimas 10/10.
Kiti atvejai taip pat ne ką geresni– siunčiant siuntas Lietuvoje. Išsiunti, pavyzdžiui, penktadienį iš Kauno į Vilnių– siunta atkeliauja tik kitos savaitės pabaigoje, dažnai dar ir apgadinta.
Po visų šių patirčių galiu pasakyti viena– šia įmone pasitikėti negalima. Siunta gali atkeliauti kitą dieną, po savaitės arba apskritai „pakeliauti“ kelis mėnesius ir grįžti atgal… su papildomu mokesčiu.

They delivered the parcel to the wrong city and then asked me to pay to have it redirected to the correct address. I tried to explain that the mistake was not on my side and questioned why I should be responsible for the redirection cost. However, the representative kept repeating that this is how their system works and did not offer any assistance.

My parcel has been in their logistical hub in Vilnius for more than a week. Calling them is another challenge—you need to wait at least half an hour for someone to pick up. Then everything you get is "we are sorry, the package will be delivered tomorrow," and nothing happens. 4 times in a row. Avoid this courier company.

You can get a clear picture about what this company is about from the reviews about it. There is nothing else to add. A good website and a woman telling me that the package should be delivered today does not fix the issue of offering package delivery that of an unacceptable quality
Lost parcel
Parcel was lost between Lithuanian customs and Omniva terminal. Customs provided proof that it was handed over, but Omniva never scanned it and refused responsibility. Neither Lithuanian nor Latvian Omniva helped. Buyer and seller both lost time and money. Absolutely unacceptable service.

Please do not use this service for your own good. I have sent a package last year worth of 330 euros, package was lost and was asked to provide pictures of package and its contents, all invoices and other documents which were successfully provided. After 2 months of looking for it I was reimbursed 60,34 euros. So much for saving a few euros and not sending with other reliable carrier's.

Very unreliable courier, parcels are not delivered in the same way and in case of disappearance, there is no support by phone, support by email is also no good. I really don’t recommend it
This company is hiding from contacts
This company seems to be hiding from complaints, first of all they cant read delivery adr. as the city Vilnius needed to be sent from Vilnius to Siauliai to Klaipeda and then it stays in Klaipeda.

Secondly they dont want any contact only it is via Facebook, so why I need as a consumer to login to FB just to get in contact with them unless they dont want contacts?

So conclusion this company is not reliable and not worth to use.
