They delivered the parcel to the wrong…
They delivered the parcel to the wrong city and then asked me to pay to have it redirected to the correct address. I tried to explain that the mistake was not on my side and questioned why I should be responsible for the redirection cost. However, the representative kept repeating that this is how their system works and did not offer any assistance.
Please don't.

Don’t use them. Locally they work normally, but using them for international delivery is a disaster. I tried to send a parcel to Germany, and they sent it to another town in my country. The next time, their partners in Germany couldn’t find the apartment building, and now it’s been two months and they still can’t even manage to return it back.

Siaubinga, vienas siuntinys atėjo perpakuotas ir trūko pusés prekių, aiškiai išvogtas turinys, nes matosi, kad pakuotės buvo pradarytos ir ieškota brangesnių prekių, nors omniva pripažįsta, kad siuntinys buvo pažeistas,žadéjo išspręsti problemą, bet neatgavau nei prekių, nei pinigų. Ir didžiausia mano klaida buvo išsiųsti dar vieną didelę 15 kg.kurios vertė apie 700 eu siuntą sūnui į Olandiją, , sekimo nuoroda neatsinaujina jau 5 dienos. Ir niekas uš Estijos man neatsako į žinutes.
The worst customer support
The worst customer support! I could not retrieve my parcel from the locker on Friday because apparently the locker door was frozen. It has now been three days since my first call where I was promised that I will get a message with a new code on Monday morning. There was no message, so I called again. I am writing this on Monday evening, while trying to call them again. It seems their customer support simply does not take calls after 18, although the site says they work until 19.

Thank you for redirecting my parcel from a postal point to my home. I am very grateful for this, and the delivery was quick. The only issue is that when you email a request, it can take 5 days to get a response, which may result in a parcel at a parcel machine being returned to the sender due to the delay in correspondence. But this time all went smoothly, so thank you.

Extremely delayed delivery. The promised delivery window was missed by several hours. No communication, no updates, and no proactive actions from the company. Very disappointing service.

No phone call, no notification, no option to redirect my parcel to the nearest parcel machine or post office! My parcel was returned to the seller in the UK without any communication, causing unnecessary trouble for both me and the seller! Crap delivery company!

My experience with omniva has been very disappointing.
Due to a simple mistake - two digits swapped in my phone number - I never received delivery notifications for a parcel worth more than €200. I reached out to customer support, explained the situation in full, provided my ID, tracking info, previous delivery history, and screenshots confirming the error.
Despite all this, they refused to help. Their only response was: “only the sender can request changes.” No flexibility, no review of evidence, just a flat no.
What’s even more frustrating is that other delivery companies have easily corrected similar mistakes in the past after verifying I was the real recipient. But omniva simply didn’t care.
Now the parcel, which was originally shipped from outside the EU and handled by multiple logistics companies, has been returned - not to the seller, but to a third-party forwarding service located outside the EU. That means the risk of the package getting lost is extremely high.
At this point, I may lose my entire order - over €200 - because of a small typo and a customer support team unwilling to act.
This is not how responsible delivery companies should treat their customers.
I'll never use this company
I'll never use this company! Even in Estonia it takes them forever to deliver something. Horrible company

Trustpilot is such a joke. It's like another division of Reddit where only the world's most bitter and stupid people gather to cry and to whine. Nobody who has a good experience ever puts a review on this stupid "review" site, and the fact that anyone can use it to badmouth without any proof of ever using a company's services just makes all content worthless. I have only ever had satisfactory experiences with OMNIVA
Parcel up to 45€ should be giving to people for free by the rules of Omniva but they will charge!!!!
One small parcel sent tor my friend to Estonia. Omniva trying to change 65£ for parcel cost of 25£.
My friend visited Omniva depo and they ask from beginning 65£ , after I sent her screenshot of the rules from online ( that gift parcel up do 45€- no need to pay tax)
The customer service declined and ask her to pay 20€+tax. Looks like SCAMMERS. Even not follow them rules or trying to charge from people!!

Have shipped over 100 packages to US/EU/UK/Canada and even Japan, Hawaii etc from 2022-2024. Packages to the maximum capacity in terms of weight and dimensions, and small packages. Each one of them arrived, then taken over by the local courier (It’s standard shipping). Slightly oversized package sent from one of the main local post offices (Arsenal) had some scuffs, but other than that totally 5-star experience. I can’t understand the negative reviews, but as with anything in Estonia - people only comment the bad. Recommend for sure if you are a careful packer. (Bubblewrap, cartboard and black plastic liner over the top with some ducktape). Prices are not cheap from here so please understand the location and options. Cheers
