Warren dealt with my initial enquiry and was really helpful in finding us a fabulous holiday for an amazing price. I had a few questions to ask and Warren responded very quickly. He was extremely helpful and I know if I have any questions in the future I can reach out to him and get a quick response.

Tom made the process extremely easy. He was very knowledgeable and especially helpful when it came to arranging my partner's accessibilty requirements. We can't wait to go on holiday 😁

I have just come off the phone to Lindsey who is our accessibility coordinator for our upcoming Florida holiday in August. Lindsey was incredibly helpful detailing everything that has been put in place (for our son who struggles to walk long distances) not only at the airport but also when we arrive in Florida .
From the check in process, the airport lounge , priority seating on the plane and the booking of the plane seats for us , Lindsey has ensured that everything will be as smooth as possible for not only our son but as a family as a whole.
I can’t recommend ocean Florida and Lindsey enough if you also need to seek help with accessibility needs for your holiday.

For exactly the same Holiday Package Ocean Florida was £1200 more dearer we have now booked via British Airways Holidays. When I explained to Ross that he was vastly dearer compared to our other quote got the impression that he got the arse that I dared to quote another company he bluntly wanted to kill the call no effort to examine if he could compete with our quote. Was not very impressed with his very unprofessional attitude, considering I was recommended to contact Ocean Florida, never again.

Graham was fantastic from start to end in helping us put together our dream family holiday. We asked for different recommendations, quotes, nothing was too much of an ask, it was perfect. We can’t wait for our holiday now, we will definitely use their services again.

Been shopping around for awhile to book Walt Disney world. I contacted ocean Florida and got through to a lovely gentleman called Jamie Sweeney. So efficient, really quick and easy phone call. Ten minutes from putting the call down he sent over some quotes. He found the most amazing deal, so easy to get into contact and just like that booked another holiday of a life time. Everything was made easy from start to finish

I have just booked our Orlando holiday with Darren Fletcher. We haven't been before and I had lots of questions, he was very helpful and I feel I can ask any queries going forward. Booking was easy and organised.

As soon as I booked the holiday with Ocean Florida they have been so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Today I have spoken to Lyndsey and she answered all my queries on our upcoming holiday.

Brilliant customer service. I was looked after by Charlotte who was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to assist me. Charlotte was so friendly, warm and extremely helpful. i have mobility issues but wanted to do extra activities and Charlotte helped me be able to achieve all the extras I wanted to take part in.

Darren helped us with arranging our holiday. He was so helpful and patient with us and answered all of the questions we had about the holiday. Darren took his time going through all of the details of the holiday and made sure we were aware of important information. Darren took all of the stress out of booking our family holiday to Florida. Two years ago went to Disney Orlando with’Virgin’ absolute disaster. Decided to give Ocean Holidays ago , absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The difference was night & day .
Will absolutely be using‘Ocean’ again.

Booked an 11-bedroom villa at Reunion resort. Given the cost, we were incredibly disappointed with the service and standards of the property and service. On arrival it hadn't been cleaned properly, with rubbish strewn across the front garden. The bins were full, which also caused issues with trash on first few days. On inspecting the property we find further issues that really impacted the experience.

The pool had not been cleaned and was full of debris. The outdoor BBQ was broken (and filthy), which was only discovered when the caterers came to cook; this really impacted the experience, of what was a big outlay. In the gym, the cycling machine was broken and punch bag deflated. The Playstation controllers did not work in the kids room. The freezer in the kitchen was not working, resulting in the waste of a lot of frozen food items that had been bought.

In the bedrooms, the a/c was not working in the large kids room, which caused all sorts of issues. In one of the other kids bedrooms there was mould on the pillow...and the list goes on.

The issues were all reported, some were sorted after a few days wait, many were not. When we got back I contacted Ocean Holidays/Ocean Florida. I received, what seemed, intentionally slow responses, and was ultimately fobbed off. I rejected their offer of a credit note (3% of the cost) for future bookings as I will 100% not being using this company again.

We're usually pretty reasonable, however the standards were wholly unacceptable; even before you consider what we were charged. Avoid.
