If I could I would choose 0 stars. This company are the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. They book a holiday for you, sure no problem but once it’s booked, you want help? Forget it. As we had credit with them we were forced to use it - this is our second time using them. They sell you a holiday and then completely leave you to your own devices theme park tickets are booked with attractionworld.com and all
Reference numbers relate to magic breaks own email and references so trying to link any reservations to any apps or trying to add anything to your booking, again, forget it. If you can ever get through to someone who can help, they just say oh sorry we can’t help, I had to call all the companies directly and gradually managed to unpick the correct reservation numbers but I haven’t been able to login to LeShuttle to see any details and I was sent no key information we needed, for example to add the UK plates to the car. They didn’t even have our number plate as we couldn’t update the reservation ourselves. Calls aren’t returned, emails are returned potentially 10 + days later despite chasing, and a holding message they will reply within 72 hours, yeah right. I have no idea where all these good reviews have come from, my experience with ‘Magic Breaks’ was anything but magic. Please sort your post purchase customer service out.

They don't reply to emails and don't pick up calls.
You leave a message for them to call back, and are never called back.
Going away Wednesday, need to make changes.
It really shouldn't be this hard.

5 stars is not enough for Magic Breaks! They completely saved our family holiday to Disneyland Paris after a total nightmare at the airport.
Our outbound flight from Gatwick was cancelled due to severe weather, leaving us completely stranded. The airline offered zero help and told us nothing could be done—an incredibly stressful situation given we were travelling with a 4-year-old and an 11-month-old, and it was my wife and children's first time ever flying.
I do have one polite suggestion: it would be fantastic if Magic Breaks could implement a dedicated emergency contact line for out-of-hours or crisis situations. I was lucky enough to try my luck by calling through to the "new bookings" line, which is how I managed to get hold of an agent named Scott.
Scott was absolutely phenomenal and bent over backwards for us. While the airline washed their hands of the situation, Scott took complete control, went above and beyond to arrange alternative travel, and completely rescued our trip so we didn't miss out on our time in the parks.
Because of his fast action and amazing customer service, we actually made it to our holiday and had a brilliant time despite the rocky start. If you want a travel company that genuinely cares and has your back when things go wrong, book with Magic Breaks. We will absolutely be using them again. Thank you so much, Scott, and the whole team!

Shocking company - Legal action pending

Due to an awful experience with MagicBreaks where they ruined our holiday . Complaint was raised , but even when it was escalated to a Director called Karl Harrison he also couldn’t handle the complaint .

Legal proceedings have now commenced WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I gave the director multiple chances to reply and make this right but he failed so please do not lie further . My case has been taken on so we will see what happens next .
