This is probably a two-and-a-half star review. The Indian-style sideboard we bought was good quality and at a very reasonable price, compared to similar sideboards on other websites. Delivery and communication about delivery was poor. During the week when the item was supposed to be delivered, I rang for an update and was given a date for the following week. When no delivery slot was given on the website by the morning before delivery, I rang and was told that the delivery would be delayed due to driver sickness. I was offered the following Friday or Saturday, but as I would be away, I plumped for the following Tuesday. None of this was updated on my account on the website.
Then, suddenly, on the Saturday I was away, they attempted to deliver and banged our door so hard that our burglar alarm was set off.
Not a great experience and only rescued by a kind and resourceful neighbour.

Easy ordering process, advised on date of delivery and accommodated the fact I was on holiday. Delivered as promised. Beautiful piece of furniture that has already received many compliments.

Ordered a Windsor chest of drawers on 5/4/22 this item took around 2 months to be delivered a little over the original timescale. Very happy with the product

DO NO USE!
Ordered a sideboard on March with 8-10 week delivery. May came around - no sign and no call. June came around - no sign and no call. When we called them to say we hadn’t received it and hadn’t had any contact from them, they actually said “Do you expect us to call all of our customers?” July came around - no sign and no call. August came around - no sign and no call. We kept calling only to be fobbed off with excuse after excuse. September came around - no sign and no call. We’ve finally given up and have asked for a refund which ‘has been processed’ but guess what - no sign and no call.

Have had 3 items from here all are beautifully made and the ordering and service was excellent

Really happy with my recent purchase of Trend Oak nest of tables. Product is excellent quality and what I expected. the delivery driver helped me to get it upstairs, item was packaged well. Only criticism would be that there was a bit of a delay in getting the item, not a big issue, Preet replied promptly to my emails and even sent a follow up email to ensure delivery was successful. Overall, happy customer!

This was a completely trustworthy company. It did everything it said on the box. The oak tv stand is a marvellous feature in my living room. It came well packed no damage or marks. The delivery driver was fabulous and respectful. I will deal with Oak Hut again. Fabulous service. You just need a little patience on the order though. No complaints from me.
I do not write many reviews but this was worthy of a congratulations !
