I ordered a TV stand from Oak furniture village and my main reason for choosing them was due to their delivery time being less than some brands that i know and trust. The delivery time quoted on the website was 10-14 days. 3.5 weeks passed with no sign of my furniture so i emailed to enquire what had happened. I was told that they were experiencing delays but that i would be contacted the following week. A further 2 weeks passed with no sign or contact. I again emailed to only be told that there are still delays but that i could expect delivery week commencing 20th sept. It got to thursday of this week (7 weeks after my order) and i had still not heard anything. At this point i was frustrated that things were still not happening, which i expressed in an email. I pointed out that i was not happy with the poor communication, and poor delivery times, only to be told that it wasn't their fault... it was the delivery company that was experiencing delays and that i should continue to wait. I was also offered a 10% discount once the furniture had been delivered.

Our furniture was FINALLY delivered 9 weeks after the order date and needless to say, i have seen or heard nothing of the 10% discount that i was promised. Its a shame that this situation has tainted my opinion of this company because the quality of the furniture is actually good. Just a real shame that their delivery times are not accurate at all and they do not follow through with what they promise when they have caused an inconvenience.

Very happy with my TV stand took a while to come because there was transport problems but it was worth waiting for. I was so happy with my TV stand I ordered a chest of drawers as well.

Overall a very good experience - delivery was swift and professional, and the wardrobe was very good value for a solid wood design. There were a few minor design flaws and oversights (screws which were too long, some screw holes obstructed, an extra plastic component nailed to a part which needed to be removed), but nothing major.

My item was handmade and shipped from India, it was the sent to me in County Antrim Northern Ireland, the best packaged item I have ever received. Top quality TV Unit, we are delighted with it. Great company do not hesitste, to do business.

Initially unsure about ordering such expensive pieces from an online company, but wasn't disappointed. Customer service were always available to answer questions and were very helpful. Delivery took a little longer than expected but the quality of the furniture was definitely worth the wait, but I'd highly recommended using them as they have an amazing selection and a first class quality service.

Was looking for a solid, ready assembled chest of drawers. Fed up with self assembly which seems to be just as expensive as ready assembled nowadays. Oak Furniture Hut Online had exactly what I wanted, a pine chest completely made of solid wood including the drawers with dove tailed joints so the bottoms won't detach from sides which happens when just hardboard. Price was very good for a solid wood, ready assembled piece of furniture. This will last for years. Easy to order online and was delivered within a week. Will be using again. Highly recommended.
