SHOCKINGLY POOR!!!!! Can't speak to anyone, when it says it's connecting to an agent, it doesn't. The app has poor usability and simply doesn't work, keeps kicking me back to the home page whenever I try to do anything. Can't sell my tickets because the app is so utterly rubbish that lost out on several hundreds of pounds. Disgusting service, will not be booking anything at the O2 again due to how poor this app is

What made my experience great? That's easy. Priyanka! Your staff were very helpful, friendly and smiley from the outset. We were introduced to Priyanka and were enchanted. So approachable, knowledgeable and understanding. Her patience is unlimited, even after we realised that I had forgotten my bank details and had to com back the next day. Only to find my husband had wandered off with my card. Priyanka delighted me with her professionalism and even sold me on adding a tablet to my phone contract. She is a real asset to the company. Albright was the superstar who transfered my phone number for me. Thank you both for makng the experience simple, unhurried and delightful.

I had issue with my roaming out side country this gentlemen call albright very plesant and polite he sort it out for me but it did take time and at the end he managed to sort it out brilliant staff.

Recently attended o2 Trafford centre and was greeted by friendly staff and quick service we were seen to by Albright he was very friendly professional and help resolved my issue within 10 minutes - I was really happy with the service.
