Medical cover through my company. Needed to do newborn enrolment through FMU and submitted the FMU form on 6 March 2025. This company came back on 24 April 2025, over one month later, to ask questions which is unfair and unacceptable for them to underwrite after 1.5 months later

They made no effort in contacting myself
I just moved from Australia to Indonesia and trying to sort out health insurance I was recommended Now Health insurance so I contacted them that was 2 and a half weeks ago and they have failed to get back to me at least 6 times after I have made the enquiry. Thinking about this I would be worried if I had to make a claim and trying to actually sort it out so I don't think I would deal with this lot and have found another insurer.

Overcharging…
You can be realistic and understanding interms of renewal cost.
I believe renewal should be based on if any claims have been done. Also if patients are looking after their care
Prevention is better than cure.
You ought to reestablish and quote according to actions taken by consumers who very cautious on prevention.

The service has been dramatic esp
The service has been dramatic esp. on my 4x a year repeat subscription.
Everything has been rejected all the time and I spend 2-3 hrs discussing with your helpdesk.
An poor performance esp. as my company pays a very high premium.
You are take advantage as I do not have a choice.
A big shame to refuse my medication which I do use over many years.
There is no service but a big no to you customer.

Tremendous Support
I want to express my sincere gratitude to NOW Health International for the incredible support they have given to ensure our son will receive the specialist medical treatment he requires. This has been an extremely stressful time for my wife & I, which NOW Health International have made the upmost efforts to ensue the medical insurance aspects are handled directly and there is no delay in the treatment of our son.
