There is no contact phone and no email for Novasol. We booked through its website anyway, as it was the cheapest option avaiable. Even after our booking (with confirmation sent from no-reply account), we were not given any contact info for Novasol (only the phone of the owner of the property). There is some chat option but we prefer other ways of communicating.

On booking our holiday rental, we received a good and prompt response.

You cannot expect to ask for a client view and then manipulate the response you want by suggesting only a positive response. I found booking on line to be a problem and annoying but fortunately your chat guy came up trumps. You should have an option for us to call you but of course most companies these days do not want to provide this convenient service.

Offered us a vast choice of Destinations and Villas and in general I found searching relatively easy. My only issue was with the very basic floor plans included in the array of photos of the properties.
Having selected a Villa I found the booking process very simple and efficient and the customer care after booking is excellent.

The booking was straight forward, we have been to the same apartment previously it was satisfactory which is why we chose to go back

Very easy to use and great choice

Don't book via Airbnb if Novasol are the host. Novasol send you over to their website, where you'll see the real reviews which are mostly bad, and they'll want you to pay more than the agreed cleaning fee, via bank transfer outside of Airbnb, before you get there. You'll lose half of your money and Airbnb won't help you.

Easy to use and book But there is no go back to the list facility after choosing a villa

The actual process of booking on sight was excellent. Unfortunately I am unable to get access to “my account” via my email address and password - a problem I encountered last. Please send me a link to go straight to my account.

Was going to book a rental in Italy but I couldnt see any reviews for the property and there were questionable extras fees that werent explained unless you booked the villa. I messaged them to ask was it a new rental as it was very strange that such a beautiful villa had NOT 1 review?? They said it wasnt a new rental and they cant make people give reviews and if people dont want to comment thats up to them ...which says so much that they are trying to rent a complete dud of a villa, why wouldnt anyone leave 1 review as it looked absolutely beautiful and when I asked about the EXTRA fees that would be added at the end of our stay and billed to our account they wouldnt give me any details. The whole communcation gave me really bad vibes and seeing the reviews it leads me to think they may have some good properties but they also make a lot of money renting out very dodgey places and hope people dont complain or have compaints dissmissed. AVOID - if a vill has no reviews be VERY WARY!!

Novasol are great at providing comfortable villas at reasonable prices with great customer service 👌

We have tried to book two properties in Italy. The first took about two weeks to let us know after two fruitless phone calls - a property showing us available ought to be bookable within 24hrs.
The second booking was accepted instantly and was as good as it can be - except there is a suggestion that we have to pay for the linen - surely someone could let us know how much and when to pay . . .
