Nirvana Europe Recenzje 

I decided to take up the Nirvana Hotel and Athlete package as this was my first IM full distance event. I cannot praise the Nirvana team (Chris, Sergio & Rob) enough. They were professional, friendly and helpful. More specifically they took all of the stress out of things like checking my bike after I had rebuilt it, transfers to the race start. I actually think the 'service' which Nirvana provides is somewhat undersold on the IM website.

Had such a lovely experience whilst travelling with Nirvana Europe in Menen, Belgium. Special mention to Sean, Matt, Elliott, and Ray who went out of their way to help my friend and I with anything we needed. Their organisational skills, kindness and friendliness certainly didn’t go unnoticed and would highly recommend Nirvana for any athletes looking to travel to a sporting event:)

Booked in for a bike check ahead of Ironman Copenhagen. The guys were super supportive and helpful.
There was a slight mix up with day and time but the guys sorted it by squeezing us both in together and doing 2 at a time.

you made the weekend run so smoothly and nothing was too much trouble for any of your team, looking out for all those who had booked this event to even checking how they were doing on the course on the event day, and to cap it off at the end by packing my bike away ready for home. great service Nirvana, see you next year once i have picked my racing calendar for 2024.

We provided transport and logistics support for these guys for their Triathlon in Ibiza this March/April. Really good people to work with. They were extremely professional, and actually paid when they said they would (a rarity these days). Matt Smith (the project lead) was who we dealt with mostly, really good guy, very pragmatic and calm under pressure - complete opposite to some of the athletes!

I would like to deeply thank the entire Nirvana Europe team for the excellent service provided during the weekend in Vichy. In particular I would like to express my deepest gratitude for the 5 star service delivered by Ray and Matt. Indeed, all along the weekend, they have always been available to help me but they also anticipated my needs, from a logistics and technical standpoint with my bike. This was my first time with Ironman and it is always so comfortable to be able to rely on true professionals to help you in such a big event. And kudo's also to Lisa for the support delivered prior to the race with the hotel booking.

I will definitively recommend Nirvana to my peers and will also book again your services for my next ironman race.

These guys know their stuff! Chris & Sergio have made the past few days before my first ever IRONMAN in Copenhagen tomorrow so, so smooth. I feel so well prepared to race & will sleep well knowing my bike is in top condition ready to go. 5*****

I have just recently returned from Ironman 70.3 Tallinn and used Nirvana to take me to transition and back to rack my bike and hang my bags and also on race day. Diogo our Nirvana contact was amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable (he has raced Tallinn before) and easy to get along with. Each day went really smoothly making for a great experience. I would use Nirvana again.

Scam

The Tenby Ironman bookings weren’t arranged and we only learned it (by luck) a month before the race when everything was already full. We had paid for 3 nights and had email confirmations from Nirvana. The hotel had never heard about us and didn’t have a single booking from Nirvana. It’s a joke. Took days to get a refund and didn’t even apologise. Shocking how Ironman gives business to this useless scam.

I'm being kind giving one star.
Very disappointing experience using this company to book a 4 night stay in a 5 star Hotel spa package for two people in partner with Ironman wales. Booked on the 7th of November 2022 only to be notified on the 30th of July 2023 that they can not provide me with a room. Firstly an excuse with computer systems being changed, secondly blaming the hotel for the room allocations being removed. An alternative hotel has been offered at discount price which is not surprising

Nirvana Europe does the hotel bookings for Ironman . The reason i am really unhappy with them is their website is deceptive , they hide the fine prints in one corner . They want users to make mistakes and buy non refundable bookings. Such narrow minded business strategy will get them nowhere in long run. Nowadays these kind of behaviour is seriously looked down upon , i work in a bank and we undergo serious trainings to make sure customers are made aware of the ramifications of any purchase so they can make informed choices , not hide a tidy fineprint in the corner of a webpage so that they can cheat customers. Also since they are a monopoly for ironman they are not interested to hear my complaints in email , they just bluntly said that there is a fine print . But be very careful to book hotels via iron man website as it was not all clear to me that the hotel was for 4 nights and the fact that the money paid was a non refundable deposit , i always thought it was for 1 night . But i believe this was done purposefully to get business so be careful dealing with them , they are just out to make money

Enjoyed to race IM 70,3 Rapperswill in Switzerland, I appreciated the service bike check, the Nirvana stand was very easy to find, friendly atmosphere and Mr Roy was very kind and ready to help me to get me into the Start Group. Medail graving was included and processed very quickly. Looking forward to race with you again!

On May 7th, I completed the Jesolo/Venice Half IronMan. This was an awesome experience. I was extremely thankful that I signed up for NIRVANA EUROPE. They treated me like an elite athlete. I will most certainly use this service again.

Would've been five stars if the shuttlebus driver hadn't taken us on a longer drive than planned!
Nirvana itself delivered as promised. And the service was outstanding. Contact and questions are handled very quickly.

Nirvana made my arrangements a simple one stop shop. Including to and from the airport, making the hotel reservations & handling my Spartan Race registration. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The Mystras hotel in Sparta, Greece was very beautiful, relaxing and excellent on site restaurants.
