Excellent service made things a lot easier took all the stress away checked me in and sent boarding passes , worth little extra paid

Went to Bangkok, Phuket-Rawai, and Vietnam. Hotel in Bangkok was easily accessible to Metro. Hotel was brilliant. Catered breakfast for Vegetarians. Phuket, was very isolated. Nothing to see where we were. Could hv been better if we were in other part if Phuket with some buzz.Struggled for Vegetarian breakfast . Not many restaurants around the hotel. Vietnam. Pandanus resort was brilliant by the sea and smooth white sandy beach. Beautiful relaxing place. Struggled with meals again. Outside the resort. Just couple of restaurants. Hardly any choice of Veg meal. Enjoyed the Red sand Dune which was walkable distance. Resort
from the Airport was 3 hrs drive . Too far and expensive. But it was worth the journey. Overall Trip was lovely. Crystle was very helpful. Checked on us while we were away. Very personal touch. Lat year Oscar had created package Singapore, Malaysia and Maldives was a surprise. Comfort was Crystle and Oscar both created package as per our requirement and Budget.

Top class service, always well looked after!

I am very grateful to the agent who arranged my travel documents as I had no difficulty with checking in at the airport neither in the UK or at my destination on return. My boarding pass was prepared and sent to me two days before travelling and the agent was very polite and helpful. I would recommend the service to anyone who is travelling and I will definitely be booking my next flight with the Bird travel agents.

Be very careful with BirdTravel! They claim to be a reputable company selling holiday packages, but my experience was completely different. They pressured me into paying quickly without giving full details upfront. Only after I paid did they reveal extra conditions and hidden terms they never mentioned before. It felt like they were just looking for ways to take more money from me. This company is a scam — please stay away! Many people are falling into their trap. Don’t let it happen to you.

My experience with Birdview Travels' has been exceptionally good. It has been an awesome engagement from the customer service team to the Relationship Manager and even to their compliance team. It's been pretty good. I'm glad that I got a good service for myself and my wife. They're a trusted parter in travels and career engagement.

Rav helped me with my booking and to say he went over and above is somewhat underselling it. Great experience with this company. Prompt responses, great communication and immediate action. Cant ask for anything more. Keep it up guys!

Was worried about getting scammed again like the past but this company the gentleman Sam was polite and not pushing me to buy the flights, once I looked checked the company out was happy and paid, now got my E tickets and can't wait for my holiday

When I was searching online for the contact details for Lycafly, recieved this number. I contacted them as we had to make some last minute changes for the flight booked through Lycafly. Throughout the call,I wasn’t informed that I was contacting, bird travel. Only after payment was made the customer care executive, Rav, informed me that he was part of another travel agency. As all the payments were made, I thought that I had no option to go back. This is an agency that has no intergrity and preys on the vulnerabilities of its customers. In the guise of service, they are running a scam.

This was next level customer service. Not only did I have a complicated route that took a lot to sort out! Rav was super patient with me to find exactly what I wanted, reducing flight stopovers and long delays. They also beat Skyscanner price. Amazing work, thank you Rav, top man!

I recently booked a ticket and the staff is wonderful, really wanna mention Jay for the lovely service provide, he was very sensitive to my information and really understood what I wanted in regard to my booking. He was very patient and very nice to talk too.

I spoke to Victor who preempted about January offer a month ago. I called him few days ago and asked for different options and he patiently assisted me. He also price matched and was kind. After the last booking he texted me and asked about the travel and this made me to come back to your travel company.
