Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with National Pallets.

We booked a pallet collection from Reading, but somehow they managed to collect the WRONG pallet and deliver it all the way to Harrogate!

After numerous emails and unnecessary delays, the incorrectly collected pallet was finally returned to Reading. However, the pallet they were actually supposed to collect has STILL not been collected!

The amount of time I have wasted chasing this company, explaining the same situation repeatedly and trying to get things sorted is absolutely ridiculous.

How can a transport company make such a basic mistake and then fail to arrange the correct collection?

I have now requested a full refund and will be booking another transport company.

Completely unacceptable service, poor organisation and a total waste of time.

I would not recommend National Pallets to anyone. Never again!

Used them for years service progressively declined, now would not recommend to anyone , will tell you anything to get you off the line with a promise of email updates that never come !

This company take your money for a specific collection day, provide you with a slot from 8am-8pm, they then do not show up when you have been waiting all day.

I had to track down the end driver myself and it turned out the job had not even been sent through till after the intended collection window so they take your money for a specified slow with no intention of fulfilling the order. This is the definition of failure to deliver services and is criminal.

When the driver eventually turned up he didn't have a pallet, despite this being a pallet and wrap collection.

There is almost no way to communicate with them and the sales guy - Johnny Lumbreza - refuses to provide a refund when they have not delivered the services.

Never use this company.

Shocking. Never collected the pallet I booked in and customer service was a complete joke to deal with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We always use National pallets - they are good at giving great service and when we need some extra help their customer support is second to none - in this instance Johnny L assisted. A POD came through in minutes - Great Company

Have had a booked collection and they have failed to collect 4 days in a row never using them again can’t even get hold of anyone

Worst company ive ever experienced. Didnt turn up 3 days in a row. No contact number. I lost 3 days wages wait8ng for them and was guaranteed each time of collection by 5:30. Avoid at all costs.

Today i spoke with a young man named Johnny L, he was very helpful and pleasant. I would most certainly recommend this kind boy, he went out of his ways to exceed my request which was very difficult. Thank you Johnny it has been a pleasure
