The product took a long time to arrive ..3 glass birds on a stem ...What arrived was a metal contraption ugly and not glass ...SCAMMERS

Despite putting on an earlier review I am still getting email informing me that my order has been shipped!! After ther responded to my previous review saying all I had to do was email them. They have done nothing and I am now going to receive an order that I cancelled five minutes after I ordered. I previously sent them copies of those emails but the gave asked for them again. Don’t order from this company whatever you do.

Order still hasn't arrived. Order tracking does appear to work. The only contact details I can find is an email address that bounces. Looks like it's a scam website and will be going through my bank to reclaim the funds.

Appalling. I only wish I'd read the reviews here before buying 2 mosquito traps (even though I really only wanted one). Goods eventually arrived, damaged. Tried emailing and, like other reviews, end up with a mail delivery problem. No contact number. Tried using the contact form on their web page, no response. Non-existent customer service from this company.

Ordered a blind from Stornfield.co.uk - delivery date passed and no way of communicating with the company.
There is no telephone number and the email address support@, does not even exist.
The domain name for the website was only registered in March, so clearly a scam site - but a good one!
Hiding behind a Shopify link with a company called SP Nevosa - Drachten taking the payment

Their wares are rubbish.
There is no way to communicate with them. Customer support email address bounces.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Avoid this company! My item took 4 weeks to arrive and was not as described. Advertised as Portable Air Conditioning unit, but it is not an air conditioning unit, it's a fan. And it's really loud. Not possible to contact them to request return label as their email address is bounced back as undelivered, no reply from their own web contact form and no phone number for them. Appalling. Do NOT use them.

Ordered an outside wall clock: Took 2 weeks to arrive and doesn't work at all. Emailing support at stornfield.co.uk just results in bounced emails have also tried direct messaging and heard nothing back: Wished I'd checked reviews beforehand - wasted £44.99 on a dud product

Order was never received. I have complained and received 13 automated responses. The company is a scam.

Bought a desktop fan. The motor does not work so completely useless. Should have been checked by the provider.
Should have read the reviews before ordering looks like a common theme throughout. Would suggest staying clear of this company at all costs.

I am so saddened by my experience..
I don't have much money and I've just wasted £ on SCAM business..now stuck with a CHEAP beanbag cover with a Chinese label that's not fire retardant so doesn't comply with British standards

OMG I've just been scammed. Stay clear of these clowns.

Do not buy from these clowns ,your item will not arrive and you will be bombarded with a forest of Bull S**T e mails. I had to go through Paypal for a resolution. AVOID.

I wish I had read these reviews before this company is a scam. Cheap plastic goods nearing no resemblance to whst is advertised avoid at all costs!

Thought I'd try my luck with one of their 'Stetson' straw hats - down to £49.99 in the sale.

Arrived this morning, completely crushed, poor excuse for packaging and definitely a cheap China knock off. Looks absolutely ridiculous and wouldn't have paid a single solitary pound for it.

Luckily purchased using klarna, and I'm glad they did as they have frozen the order and raised a chargeback.

I've seen from the reviews that they are 'Lax' in responding, but after complaining to Klarna, they seemed to be emailing me about the chargeback within minutes, asking why I felt the product was 'unsatisfactory'... 🤣 the audacity of it.

Stay away from Stornfield, absolute scam of a site. Anyone else waiting on an order, don't hold your breath.

I'm absolutely livid that I was fooled into buying 2 items when I only wanted 1. I purchased a fan last night, it gave me an option of purchasing 2, with the second at a reduced cost, so without realising they would immediately complete the sale, without even knowing what the cost of the second fan would be. I have 2 on the way. I immediately emailed them to cancel the order, then again today when they said the order was on the way. Completely ignored. I can't do anything through my bank because the payment is still pending. I am absolutely sick of being ripped off.
