A total liability
Got payslip wrong, didn't correct it despite being told 2 weeks in advance, then miscalculated again and decided not to pay employee, didn't tell us until after banks close on friday at end month. Disaster. Not competent. Please take heed

I had a problem logging into my account that I couldn't resolve on my own and had to contact the stafftax office several times via email and phone. I received excellent service and empathy in return. They did everything they could to help! It turned out that the problem was with my mobile provider and I wasn't receiving the messages I needed. Fantastic service from Hannah Cous! Thank you!
