Voucher rejected for £10 amazon voucher for £70.00 order at Morrisons.
Provided a valid receipt and they advised via e-mail reward was activated on my account.
Later queried as no reward listed, was advised rejected as had to ignore all the Morrisons offers (buy 3 for £10 as an example), even if received one offer the voucher would be rejected.
Even though my order was over the £70.00 without these discounts that every online food store promotes!

It’s a scam
It’s a scam. I had to spend £70 plus at Morrisons to get a £10 gift card at Amazon. They didn’t give me the voucher even after sending them the receipt of my shopping. Stay away.
Your reply is rubbish. You clearly said I wouldn’t get the voucher. So I take it , that your reply wasn’t for my benefit but for others reading it! Very dishonest company!!

SCAM!!! Booked a ferry trip according to the…
I booked a ferry trip according to the promotion. I received an email confirming that I had made the qualifying purchase but needed to wait 90 working days. They just needed to wait until the returns/ confirmation window had passed.
Today I got an email saying, "Ferries have declined your £45 gift card claim because your transaction was made outside of the offer claim dates." I checked the dates, and all were within the promotion schedule.
It is a scam that should be put out of business.

Booked. TUI holiday within dates stated & “ my voucher Codes “ account said it was activated . Been emailing for months to get my Amazon voucher but voucher codes have washed their hands . They now say the holiday was booked via Daily Record ! !
They are either a scam or have no intent on sending my Amazon voucher . I smell a rat 🐀

Just tried to claim a £100 discount code from AO.com for a Samsung washer which today says it has 2 days left on the offer. I followed the instructions, chose the machine (SamsungEco) but it won’t accept the code on the AO.com site. Please explain.

Terrible experience with Wowcher and the companies they used.very odd set up.takes payment right away which then you have to redeem a voucher so you can then spend online?why not just sell these items direct to the consumer?without the need of a pointless voucher.middle men with absolutely no purpose what so ever.they don’t resolve anything with you so it’s then down to you to contact the supplier yourself even thou it’s Wowcher that’s taken payment from you.passing the customer service buck to 80% Chinese companies that take ages to respond or very rarely even understand the complaint your trying to put Infront of them.I paid for quick delivery that cost me a extra 7.99 before the 16tg December. Tried getting a refund on this as the promised delivery date wasn’t met. I would stay clear of this place.it’s absolutely more hassle than it’s worth.what a terrible experience

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I made a purchase through their offer, and was due to get a voucher for M&S, which didnt arrive.
I contacted them via email, the reply from CHARLI , with a reference number, she said to wait 90 days, which i did. Since that date I have sent 8 emails to them quoting the ref number, and also naming CHARLI and they have failed to reply to any of them. I will not be using them again. I put date of experience as 16th August as thats when Charli replied and had to wait 90 days. Emails sent by me from 18th November onwards, with no response.
UPDATE: They have replied at last, 4th January, stating they never got the emails, lame excuse, but they have now sent me the voucher.

No rewards issued
Had a qualifying purchase of £177 for a £15 Amazon voucher that at first was confirmed. Then 2 months after confirming it’s suddenly rejected. None of the items were returned.
Made a purchase of £270 a few months later didn’t even track this time. Customer services has no interest in helping you. Think I’ll deactivate my account as it’s pointless

I have no faith in clickbait companies
This company sends me constant codes, via email, and I’ve never taken enough notice to read the content. However, I received one this morning (at 07:44) and thought I’d actually read it. It says, “Flash sale up to £1,000 discount on TVs - hurry this weekend only!” I will add that the, “Up to £1000” was written in red. Well for starters, it’s Sunday so why send that email today (on the last day of the weekend) and say for this weekend only?! Secondly, it’s utter nonsense anyway because the email also says, “Hurry, ends 30th June”. Make your minds up! Regardless of all that, the email-link doesn’t work anyway because when you click the “Get Code” button, which I did at 07:49 (a whopping 5 minutes after receiving the email), I was met with the error, “404 - Page Not Found”. It (shocker) suggests searching through their website homepage instead. This is because they use a pattern of disingenuous wording to entice people to their site. Of course no such code, to get up to £1000 discount on TVs, exists. It’s a form of clickbait and is one of many misleading wording-tactics that companies use to get more traffic to their site and create more chance of sales. It’s intended to make you think you’ll get such a hefty discount, but they word it so that they’re not outright saying it. I work with vulnerable people and I’m constantly having issues like this where they just don’t have the mental capacity to understand that ‘offers’ like this are BS and some people will unfortunately painstakingly scan through this website, looking for a £1000 discount-code that doesn’t exist. I’ve got no time for disingenuous tactics. Have the respect for customers to be clear. I’ve unsubscribed out of principle.

They don't reply to emails at all.
Con artists. Use a legit site for cashback instead and don't be duped by these utter fraudsters.

Told that if I placed an order for over £150 at Dunelm I would receive a £15 voucher within the next 90 days. After various communications this voucher was issued. If you do have a problem it is worth persevering as Myvouchercodes will resolve any problems.
