ive ordered from amazon for odd items, but ordered a few times from their website. ive never had any issue with orders or shipping. their essential oils are great. happy to keep ordering! I also like that usually their data sheets are up to date and easy to get hold of

I have ordered many times on this website. The fragrances are very good. I use them for candles and soap. For candles are perfect, but for soaps some of them are not good.

They made available a hard to source substance, arrived quickly in robust packaging (food grade sodium hydroxide for making pretzels)

My order was returned to the company and I have sent two emails asking about my order and its been 4 days with no answer and no updates of my order status.

J'ai commandé beaucoup de fagrances pour faire mes bougies et au moment de travailler je me rend compte que leurs fragrances et beaucoup plus liquide que ce que j'ai l'habitude de travailler, donc pour peser c'est pas génial. Je regarde donc sur l'emballage, rien n'est écrit. Je recherche sur le net une personne dit que sur son emballage il est écrit 5 gouttes pour 10 ml d'huile de support. Je fais mon calcul, je mets le nombre de gouttes nécessaire, mes bougies ne sentent rien. Je contacte le service client en leur expliquant qu'elle est plus liquide que mes autres fournisseurs et que je voulais un conseil sur combien de fragrance utiliser pour 100 gr de cire, la seule réponse que l'on me donne c'est de rechercher des recettes et de faire des tests. J'ai déjà ma recette, et je n'ai pas le temps ni l'argent a dépenser pour faire des tests. 200 euros de fragrances qui ne vont pas me servir ou alors pour des tests? Je retourne chez mes anciens fournisseurs

I'm very disappointed, I order vanilla fragrance oil and doesn't smell like vanilla and is not strong :(
