A real breath of fresh air
I’m extremely happy with my order from Perfume Extract. The quality of the materials exceeded my expectations. Clean, strong and exactly as described. Everything arrived well packaged, clearly labelled, and in perfect condition.
The extracts perform really well in blends, with great strength and clarity and they’ve already elevated the formulas I’m working on. It’s refreshing to find a supplier that delivers both quality and reliability.

I liked that some of the bottles had droppers, so you don’t need to use pipettes for everything.

I would of given 5 stars but just a few…
I would of given 5 stars but just a few issues, one is when you are looking at ingredients to buy it doesn’t tell you on the screen with or not the ingredient has been diluted it only tells you this once you click on the item you want to buy, and scroll down to solvent and it’s their 1% 10% bun their is nothing for neat it would be helpful if you could let us know it’s been diluted within the ingredient screen or at least a pull down menu so you pick you dilution.
Also I have noticed that certain ingredients go by a couple of different names this can be confusing as you might already have the ingredients under a different name so check in the description synonyms, also as I upgraded to class bottles with my order the free delivery over £50 doesn't apply and still charged for delivery

We appreciate your feedback Howard. Just to clarify - the solvent and dilution details are displayed in the product description for each ingredient. If an ingredient is neat (pure and undiluted), it appears as “Solvent: none.” Where a material is diluted, it’s shown as, for example, “Solvent: DPG @ 10%” or “Solvent: Ethanol @ 1%.” This ensures every product clearly indicates whether it’s supplied neat or diluted.
A free shipping option was available at checkout for orders over £50, and we can see this has been successfully used on your previous orders — so it appears it wasn’t selected before completing checkout this time. For future orders, we recommend contacting us directly if you have any questions or issues regarding free shipping prior to completing your order, so we can help resolve any potential problems before checkout.
Regarding ingredient names, some materials appear under multiple names or trade synonyms, which is common in perfumery as different suppliers and regions often use alternative naming conventions. For clarity, we always include synonyms within the product description. This also gives customers a choice — even if you already have the ingredient under a different name, you may prefer a variant from a different supplier. Subtle differences in aroma and character can occur due to plant variety, geographical origin, time of harvest, extraction methods, and even slight variations in isomer composition, purity, solvent, or minor additives, despite the same CAS number.
Think of it like bottled water: H₂O is H₂O (same CAS number), but Evian, Fiji, and local spring water all taste slightly different due to minerals and source — fragrance molecules behave in a similar way.
