Very high prices to fake the huge discounts applied, then surprise surprise you need to also pay for transportation even though your order is already substantial in value. The app navigation is not user-friendly or at least I personally hate it.

They reduced the weight of the 1kg…
They reduced the weight of the 1kg Impact Whey to some very strange sizes. Depending on the flavor, the product now comes in 900g, 870g, 840g, or even 810g packages instead of the original 1kg.
So basically, you’re paying more than before while getting significantly less product. It feels very misleading and disappointing for loyal customers.
What’s even stranger is that they advertise all of them as having 30 servings per pack, both the 810g version and the 900g version are listed as 30 servings.

When I subscribed to the newsletter, I received 25 lei reduction for orders over 175 lei, I put in my basket over that value but it was not reduced. I sent message to ask about that on Instagram, but no reply.

I paid the shipping fee of 43.99 RON (shipping that would otherwise have been free) precisely because you stated that I would receive the order the day after ordering.
I would like to know why I paid this money if I receive the order in at least 4 days, when I would probably have received it even if I had chosen the option without shipping fee.

Horrible return policy
Horrible return policy. You have to pay more than 10euros to return a product if you don't want to arrange your own shipment to Poland. Since they have such a big market in Romania they should have some contracts with Sameday/Fan.
For sure, for me, it's the last time I'm ordering clothes from this website.
