I’ve been ordering from MyProtein for quite a while now, and honestly, they fully deserve 5 stars.
The quality of their products is consistently excellent — everything I’ve tried is exactly as described. I mainly use their plant-based protein and a few supplements, and they’ve all met my expectations.
Delivery is fast, and what really stands out is their communication. From the moment you place an order until it arrives, you’re constantly updated, which makes the whole experience feel smooth and reliable.
Their app has also improved significantly over time — it’s much more user-friendly now and keeps getting better.
On top of supplements, I’ve also purchased some of their clothing, and I was pleasantly surprised. The quality is great for the price, and overall very good value.
Finally, they regularly offer strong deals and discount codes across all products, which makes it even easier to stay consistent without overspending.
Highly recommended.

Return prices
I’ve been a customer of MyProtein for a while and overall I appreciate the quality and variety of products you offer. The range is impressive, prices are often competitive, and delivery is generally reliable. However, there is a significant issue that negatively impacts my experience, especially as a customer based in Greece.
The return process is extremely expensive. The shipping costs required to send an item back are disproportionately high, making returns impractical in many cases. This becomes even more frustrating due to inconsistencies in sizing across different designs. For example, a size Medium—typically my standard size—does not always fit the same depending on the product. As a result, I occasionally receive items that don’t fit properly, despite ordering my usual size.
Because of this inconsistency, I’m forced into a difficult situation: either keep an item that doesn’t fit or pay high return shipping fees, which significantly reduces the overall value of the purchase.
I would strongly recommend reviewing both the sizing consistency across your product lines and your return policy for international customers—especially in countries like Greece. More affordable return options or clearer sizing guidance would greatly improve the customer experience.

No money return for not delivered goods
I spent a week emailing with a customer relations team after not receiving my order which I paid for 2 weeks ago.
The team kept providing information “next the day is the delivery day”. Then suddenly the narrative has changed when I asked to cancel my order. I was informed that it is not possible as the order was dispatched. And then the team just sent one-way communication that they are about to send out the products again although I asked for cancellation.
I had to contact and asked my bank to take an action. Otherwise I wouldn’t see products or my money back!
