There is no way to contact them by phone — only through a contact form via email, where they provide no real help. This was my first and definitely my last order from this company.

So I will make a new review for my order 650485496. They replied to me and apologized. With the apology they sent my missing pill bottles and even added the missing protein powder. All in all their team was super friendly and Im very thankful. I will order again

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!! No telephone contact, only to UK and they never answer.
Every single question must be sent separately and you always write to another person. They reply something you did not ask for.
I ALSO ORDERED IN 1+1 PROMOTION AND GOT ONE PIECE ONLY. Because they write that you get it automatically but then they tell you that you should have added 2 pieces. LIERS!!! LIERS!!! LIERS!!!
NEVER BUY VIA THIS BY ME SO CALLED THE WORST ESHOP AND THE LEAST FAIR PLAY ESHOP.

The customer support refuses to read my…
The customer support refuses to read my messages and just keeps sending generic responses to a certain word they pick out of my messag, used a 1+1 promo that applied correctly, however one product did not arrive and got a 15% discount which is extremely unsatisfactory, I expect either a 50% discount or a new product or a credit of full price, I have even provided them with screenshots of the order Where it clearly shows I have two items ordered, yet they refuse to do their job properly

The worst return and promotion policy
The worst return and promotion policy! I bought 3 pieces with sale code for 44% discount for each. I had to return one piece, because it didnt fit, had to pay for the return, and than after 5 weeks i had to contact support and ask when im gonna recieve money back. The response - never, because that one piece was for free, in promotion 1+1, which wasnt true when I ordered it! Terrible.

Too small clothing and costly return policy
Unfortunately, all the clothes are too small. I usually wear the size XS or S and ordered S. I should have opted for M at least. And yes, I had checked the size table before I ordered. I am very dissapointed. Now, to receive the right size I am supposed to pay 99 CZK for the return delivery and then once again the delivery cost 129 CZK. It will have cost me altogether with the original delivery cost 357 CZK to receive the correct size!

Nejhnusnější protein, který jsem za dlouhou dobu pil. Koupil jsem 7 různých příchutí a ani o jedné se nedá říct, že by byla dobrá. Ze 4 se mi přímo zvedá žaludek a 3 se dají s pevnou vůlí pít.

The worst return policy I've seen
The worst return policy I've seen. They are just the worst. The've sent me incorrect item, and when I contacted them, it took 3 days for them to understand me. and they were replying in different languages every time. The only option to communicate with them is through their web, so "don't reply to this e-mail". I had to fill out return form manually (are we in 2023?) and they don't automatically have free returns. I had to get VOUCHER for free return. And all because I ordered one item and they made mistake and sent another. This experience will make me think twice before order anything from this wild web ever again. Also, they didn't offer option of sending item I actually wanted, they said they will return money and that's it. Unbelievable. also their special web for return has czech and ukrainain version in gibrish. Can they invest in some normal localisation at least, since clients have to pay for return if they don't get voucher?

The order was shipped after 2 months. Previous attempts to cancel the order were ignored by the seller. This was my worst experience in 5 years.

Paid transport and no shipping label.
I bought 3 pieces of clothes a 2 pcs wanted to return. According the instructions I filled the form, paid the transport. Website showed error during generation of the label, please contact customer service. I contacted cutomer service and automatic answer is to repeat the instructions and pay the transport again. Do not recommand the eshop.

Bought product in promotion 1+1 which says
Bought product in promotion 1+1 which says automatically apllied during cashout. Recieved only one piece. Support told me I had to put 2 pieces in cart. No compensation. Have to send it back via their tragic return process from last century. On top have to pay shipping back. Never again.

I dealt with the refund because upon checking I found that MyProtein listed only 2 returned products out of 3. I wrote to the customer line and Ms. Zuzana was very helpful and quickly resolved the issue. I am now waiting for a refund. Thank you.

I have received a defective product so I contacted customer service. Zuzana replied very quickly with the information of sending me a brand new product. I am really satisfied with this kind of customer care!
