I am writing this to warn prospective customers about the predatory and unfair promotional practices at Myprotein Singapore. I recently placed an order, only to find that the company launched a nearly identical "back-to-back" promotion immediately after, which would have saved me over $80 on the exact same items.
This isn't just a minor price fluctuation; it is a calculated tactic to trap customers into buying under the guise of a "limited time" sale, only to offer significantly better rates days later. When I reached out to rectify this, I was met with zero flexibility.
A brand that values its community wouldn't treat loyal customers this way. By failing to offer a price-match or store credit for such a massive discrepancy, Myprotein has shown they prioritize short-term profit over customer retention. I will be taking my business elsewhere and recommend others check alternative brands where pricing transparency is respected.
