They set up a WhatsApp group with all members of the house and the agent which is really helpful. Aidan answered all our questions we had quickly and clearly, making the process easier for us. I would recommend using property box.

Initially the guy was very helpful, he went through my application on the phone.
Because of the distance between me and the property he arranged for a video virtual tour of the property for the next day and he said that he would send it to me using WhatsApp
The next day… nothing, the day after… nothing
I emailed them and they didn’t have the decency to respond… I went onto the Rightmove website to find out that the property was “ let agreed “.. without letting me know.
This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional especially as I had taken about £2,500 from my savings account to my current account, to cover the rent in advance, deposit and the removal fees.
I had also painstakingly gone through arranging a removal company.
To be ignored and treated with such disrespect is shocking.
I would NOT recommend this company

Our letting agent, Aidan, was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable! He showed us several flats and I felt he felt he was familiar with both the properties and their current tenants. I felt very welcome and was confident in his ability to show properties that met our needs! Paperwork was also well-organised and platforms were user friendly.

Aidan showed us several properties and was there to answer any questions we had. He also helped us set up a WhatsApp group chat so was easy to contact and quick to reply which was very helpful!

Staff are extremely friendly and considerate. My landlord is selling my rented home. Although this is a difficult time I have found Jasmine to be extremely helpful during this time, promptly getting back to me with any queries I have had throughout the process. When I first began renting the property it was through a different agency whom were not prompt on any repairs ect, since my property box have taken over repairs if not emergency have been dealt with the same week. Great agency!

Our My Property Box consultant Aidan was extremely friendly and helpful in finding us flats that met all the criteria we were looking for, even when we couldn’t attend viewings he sent virtual tours which were great for informing our decisions!

The maintainence team were really helpful when we had an out of hours electrical emergency , the electrician arrived within the hour and resolved the the problem to the satisfaction of our tenants.
