Amaan was helpful from start till finish kept me updated all along even after working hours got our moving date sorted to work around our schedule.

Really hardworking and dedicated person hard to find this days made our letting and seamless process honeslty. Highly recommend

Don't be fooled by the friendly approach before you move in, as soon as you leave, they look for any excuse to take as much damage deposit off students.

State an oven needs to be professionally cleaned, which is incorrect. It needs to be clean, which it is.

Stating a bedroom has been redecorated, which it hasn't.

The flat was dirty when it was moved into and we had to spend a day cleaning.

Just disappointed we didn't take before photos, as now have no proof, but it's a shame you have to.

Just a downright confrontational approach taken by the lady carrying out the last check and looking for any chance to take money off students who can't afford it

Will not carry work out to make my home safe also Georgina ‘Georgie’ is very rude and has been the 3 times I have spoken to her. She is a rude full of herself character

Thanks to the team, I cant wait to move in today. Everything has been top-notch from the day of viewing to the day I was handed the keys to he flat. Keep up with the marvelous work<3

The whole process with My Property Box has been extremely quick and easy and I have been able to move in to a lovely property with no worries that if I need assistance it will be there when I ask for it.

I've been renting an apartment in Newcastle since October 2023 and thing were going smoothly until My Property Box decided that they're selling the apartment since the there has been viewing each week without my permission. They only send n email approx. 24 hours before that and if you don't see it, there is no way of telling them not to schedule the viewing. I called the company and they told me that there isn't any way that I can stop the viewings even if I'm not there. So while I'm working people are waling around me and showing off the apartment which is totally not okay, also if I'm not there they got their own keys so they can come in whenever they want. The customer support is also atrocious, besides the viewing I got another problem and it's mold. We have mold on the kitchen ceiling, in the bathroom, under the carpet in the bedroom and in the boiler room. We contacted the company and sent photos but they haven't done anything on the matter since October. As a conclusion I can say that this is the worst experience I have renting an apartment in my entire life.

We have not been particularly happy with My Property Box in Newcastle, however I did want to write to express our appreciation for Jasmine Henderson. She understood our concerns about past confusion in statements and the difficulty of actually getting help should an issue arise. Whilst other members of the team promised action but rarely followed up, Jasmine is quick to respond and always ready to help or advise. She is a real credit to the company.

Had a great experience with Aiden!! He was so reassuring, answered all our questions and provided us with all relevant information.

Aidan helped create confidence and optimism before my friends and I even found a house to our liking. The experience was really enjoyable and end results were very positive. Very friendly and accommodating agent who put effort in and genuine guidance

The worst agency in the world that doesn't do its job. It would take too long to describe my situation and why I think this way. But believe me, it’s better not to mess with them.
