I have used My Photobook for several years and have always been delighted with my products. I experienced delivery problems with my most recent order, which were very promptly resolved, confirming my confidence in this organisation - great products and great customer service.

Very satisfied ... have had 8 big albums so far.

I have used Myphotobook for many years. The quality of the books and printing is superb, customer service is excellent, orders are handled efficiency and deliveries are made in a timely fashion. There are also many excellent offers that make the notion of keeping images in books more advantageous. I recommend them without reservation

As an 'off the cuff' gift, this cup and plate order was a great success. The quality was excellent, reproduction of the images given was top class in accuracy and colour on both cup and plate. I can honestly recommend this company, and know you will be pleased too.

The online template is not accurate and the image like the cover is off centre and a number of pages are not cut properly. (They white border at the edge of some pages is smaller on some pages compare to others). Also most of the pictures have come out very dark compared to the original. Delivery was late and also not as promised.

I ordered my calendar 24 days ago, it still hasn't arrived. I contacted customer services they said "it got damaged in transit"- I had to reach out to them a week after it should have arrived to hear this. Then got a text from DHL saying my address didn't exist. It was re sent out, and was meant to arrive yesterday, I received a message today saying they tried to deliver but no one was in. Due to the global pandemic, I am always at home and therefore this definitely is not the case.
Reaching out multiple times to Photobook's customer services, my responses have been generic with no attempt to resolve the situation.

Despite a problem initially getting the item delivered because of a fault with the correct address, I was really impressed that they contacted me promptly and managed to correct the address and send it to me very quickly. Will definitely be using them again

Excellent product! The pictures are very clear vivid.

Extremely disappointed in this product. The quality of the photos was dreadful. The preview showed that some would be blurred but they were far worse when printed. They also got printed with their blue ‘editing’ lines around some of the pictures. As far as I am aware all photo book/ picture software I have used before use these lines to indicate a photo that is e.g not centred but have never then printed in the final product!

Their customer service was appalling and when I explained about their software mistake they tried to suggest that I had added blue borders and said it could not be their software. When I asked for a refund- fully prepared to return the product- they stopped replying to my emails. Very disappointing!

Book was ordered in time for Xmas. At least that’s what it said on the website.
It didn’t arrive so ruined the present idea.
Was then promised a refund.
No refund
The service is really poor and anyone who wants to order a photo album MUST not rely on this company.
There are plenty online and unfortunately I chose the wrong one 😖

I bought 4 coasters with pictures on them for my dad for Christmas, amazing quality, fast shipping and exactly what I asked for, although I thought it was a little pricey (42 AUD) very worth it

I am really satisfied with the customer service and my photo book! The book looks amazing and it was quite cheap for the large number of pages. I highly reccomend it!
I got an answer about my enquire following day and it was very precise and helpful.

Calendar arrived with no grid lines, pretty useless to use as a planner which is what I wanted, customer support said it was my fault as each page needed a background set and I hadn't done it. Needed a graphics degree to figure it that out. Refused to redo it for me. £20 or so wasted.

I am so disappointed that when I call to ask about shipping and they really know nothing !!!

I have given 1 star as there wasn't an option for 0 stars. Absolute disgrace. Avoid this company like the plague.
When they say they can put your photo or pictures on a glass expect them to print it on a post it note and stick that to the glass.

Excellent product, price and service

I have used this company for printing photobooks many times and have never experienced a problem.

I have used this company for the last 10 years and find their product(s) and customer service excellent. On one occasion I had to have one image reprinted and they reprinted the whole book promptly free of charge. They are not the cheapest company but their quality is very good. Highly recommend.
