The nurses were very approachable and made me comfortable from the beginning. I felt like I could speak freely and was not being rushed through the process. Everything was also very well explained

The health check at work was really good and quick. The results highlighted some important health indicators that I need to keep an eye on.

Good advice and explained items to me i wasnt sure of.

BMI shouldnt be done, if its only a partial i can do that at home.

Sara has been so professional to work with and any queries have been answers quickly. An employee who attended an OH appointment reported back on how engaged and interested in them the OH nurse was and all suggestions to help the employee were reasonable and discussed thoroughly.

Rachel and the team were helpful and knowledgeable in understanding our requirements and organising our health surveillance days. The team worked with us to fit everyone in including accommodating a few last minute changes. Staff were professional but warm and welcoming with employees. Reports were received back promptly and were well laid out and well explained. A really smooth service overall and I would recommend Concept's services to any business requiring health surveillance.
