just used a company called mychoice tobuy a cooker hood very nicely priced was told 5to7 days delivery it was here in 3 its now fitted and working , Excelent service

I was looking for a semi integrated dishwasher and found a very good offer on my choice for the hotpoint machine costing 288 pounds.With free deliver and 12 pounds for taking away old machine. it all went very smoothly. My brother in law fitted it very easily and commented how great it was to be able to adjust back legs from the front. It has 5 programs including short and half load. Is also pretty quiet. Very happy.

I purchased a Smeg cooker hood which was nearly £300 cheaper than some other on line sites. The contact for the delivery of my order was fine and the product matches the specification/details on the website perfectly. Would definitely use mychoice again along with recommending to friends and family.

The company were out of stock of my item which was slightly disappointing but they did come up with a suitable alternative which was an upgrade so I was happy with that. I was just upset that it took over three days from when I placed the order to be informed of this.
The customer services staff were really friendly and helpful and did what they could to help me out and once it had been resolved the item arrived with good time.
I would definitely use them again in the future but would call first to check the item I am ordering is available.

I found the company very helpful and professional from the initial order through to the delivery.I was kept well informed throughout and would have no hesitation in using them again.

We ordered an extractor hood and a ducting kit. We paid extra to get the hood next day as it was necessary for planning the building work yet the delivery was delayed to send both items together. We were told that the second item was not in stock and they had to wait for it. Strange as they came as separate packages. We were promised that the premium for next day delivery would be refunded. It has cost a day of building work lost

I bought a samsung fridge-freezer from Mychoice and the service and communication were excellent(5 stars). The FF was delivered a few days later as agreed, however, the drivers didn't take take away the packaging.
Would recommend to my friends and would buy from Mychoice again.

The item arrived in good time and seemed fine. What we found was that the item ordered was not fit for purpose, which was my fault. The item should have been returned there and then however, we had premature twins both of which were in the neonatal intensive care unit for over a month which meant meeting the return deadline difficult, When asked if the returns could be made given these extraordinary circumstances we were advised to sell through gumtree or e-bay. Good advice perhaps, but form our perspective the returns ruling showed a lack of flexibility and sensitivity to circumstances which rendered return within the deadline extremely difficult.

So easy that I thought I must have done something wrong.
But hey, no I didn't .

They had my choice of fridge at a very good price. The communication was good but the only trouble I had was the delivery company - they failed to put the fridge on the truck for the correct delivery day. However they did work hard to get it to me the next day so 'all was not lost'! The right product at the right price - great. Recommended.

Had to buy a fridge freezer at short notice and mychoice.co.uk had make and model in stock,with £70 off. I phoned to see what delivery availability would be and they called back to confirm 1space on the van for the next day. The transaction was done efficiently and follow up emails to confirm immediate.The drivers called and arrived as promised,very careful and polite.Product was allowed to be checked and perfect.Great service!

Order some suitcases and received an e-mail the next day with delivery information and timing for the following day. Did not expect to get them so fast. Great service, will certainly use again.

Good service and price

Ordered cooker hood after phoning to check if they had it in stock, it was required quickly as property was sold. I was given a delivery date, which they missed, missed the second, missed the third. We were then given a delivery date 3 weeks away, website still stated in stock, so we emailed the sales team, to be told it was in stock. We then waited one month before we took delivery. Over the period I was given excuse after excuse and lies after lies. They have offered to pay me compensation, but six weeks after delivery I still await. On further investigation this company has no stock, they work from manufacturers stock which they have no control over. THIS IS NOT A BUSINESS JUST A MIDDLE MAN

I would try Mychoice, good price and delivered when they said they would. I would definately use them again.
