Having got thru on the phone quickly, I found knowledgable staff who were not just looking for a quick sale. It was important to them that I was purchasing the correct product. I found the service thereafter to be excellent and efficient, everything up to delivery going like clockwork. I would definitely buy from this company again. A very good experience. I wanted to give this a 5 star rating but the system keeps deleting 4 stars when I send the messaga.

I went on the website looking for the run-out model of a Liebherr fridge-freezer but they were nill-stock.
A helpful tele-sales showed me the new product at a competitive price and that closed the deal for me.
Delivery was a squeeze through a couple of doors but it was installed without a scratch.
Would use them again and would recommend to friends and family.

Ordered a smeg sink, Very easy to use website so ordered quickly. Delivery was fast and on time and I was kept informed as to when I could expect delivery. After looking on other websites, the same product was advertised elsewhere for a much dearer price. Upon inspection I was happy with the sink which was as described on the website. And although I havent fitted it into my new kitchen yet, I am really pleased with my purchase. It is the first time I have used mychoice.co.uk as I had never seen it before, but I shall definately use again in the future as I am really impressed

Was contacted on Thursday to say that delivery of my refrigerator would not take place on the Friday, because there was a problem with 'the vehicle'. Delivery would now be Monday. I phoned to say that Monday was fine, because I'm off work on holiday. At 7am on Friday morning, received call from driver saying fridge will arrive in half an hour. Had to clear old fridge, as it was being removed, all a bit rushed. Communication not good, otherwise very pleased with everything.

Prompt delivery (less than 2 weeks) with very helpful drivers to unload (they wheeled the cooker all the way down a rear access road to store it in my garage- very helpful!)

I ordered a very large F/F which was £30 cheaper than any other supplier.I had to wait 5 working days for the delivery but that was OK as the delivery was free and I did not want a quicker delivery, which might have been possible had I wanted it . I had plenty of notice of the delivery through e-mail and telephone and it arrived spot on time. The delivery into the kitchen, despite some narrow gaps and tight turns, was done professionally and without fuss, and placed in the position of my choice.. The item was unpacked so I could inspect it and all the packaging taken away. Great price and service!

I found the web very easy to use. They informed me with a delivery time and it was kept to. The delivery driver and mate were pleasant and helpful.

I was looking for a new fridge freezer and knew exactly what I wanted; I was limited though as 56cm was the maximum width. I also wanted the doors reversed, and as well as having a great choice in products, mychoice offered this service for an additional cost, which I thought was very reasonable.
From ordering my Liebherr Fridge Freezer to taking delivery, I was kept up to date via email and texts, and on the day of delivery I was contacted by phone early morning to let me know when delivery would take place. The delivery men were very helpful; they removed and took away the packaging + checked for any dents or scratches. Even though I already knew, they told me not to switch on for a minimum of two hours. The Fridge Freezer was also more than I expected and didn't disappoint. All in all I would definitely purchase from mychoice again for a 5 star hassle free service. Thank you.

Very straight forward process to order a product online. Great service received when spoken to the Customer service. Needed an invoice, sent to my inbox within 10 mins of my chat to the Colleague.

Oredering was easy and staff were clued up on the product therefore able to answer all my questions. Delivery was efficeintly organised, we were given the day then contacted on the day with a time window. Friendly and careful delivery men. Couldn,t ask for more.
