I ordered an hotpoint washing machine from my choice online. The service was efficient, the price reduced, the delivery was as agreed. So overall I am very pleased with the service and would definately purchase from mychoice again.

My first experience in dealing with MYCHOICE .I found everything so easy,and was kept updated right to delivery.

I ordered a suitcase. It had to be hard (preferably Samsonite) and colourful and less expensive than one from John Lewis. The one I ordered fit the bill. It arrived promptly, which was a relief as we were going away a few days later.

As I already knew which product that I wanted to purchase, a Samsung Fridge Freezer in this case, following a thorough scouring of the web I found that mychoice were offering the best price and free delivery. Furthermore I found that by applying a discount code a further discount was achieved. Once order placed the delivery was precise and the delivery guys could not be more helpful.
All in all a great buying experience.

Mychoice altered the delivery date to suit us and delivered when they said they would. The price was also the best I could find.

cooker in stock when purchased informed not in stock had 3 delivery dates one cancelled because cookers failed q /c got antother text delivery next day 4th date waited no cooker took me ringing round to find out cooker was not on van for delivery rang asked for manager who promised to look into it and ring me back and said because of poor service and it was nearly 6 weeks since i ordered cooker they would make a goodwill gesture no call back no goodwill gesture when management dont do things as promised to customers not much hope staff will dont advertise things not in stock dont make promises you carnt and dont keep

Ordered items on-line, with promise of delivery within 5-7 working days. Was contacted a few days beforehand and given delivery date of 7 working days from date of order. Delivered on correct day as promised.

Competitive price and kept well informed regarding delivery. Will certainly use this company again.

Compared to other companies, 5 day delivery is quite slow. And although the driver did phone me on the morning with a time of 12 noon to 4pm, that was the only contact I had until I had to phone the company at 5.30pm asking where they were. They arrived about 5.50pm and then dropped the cooker in the drive after taking off the van, result being a very slight scratch to the bottom edge. I suggest you equip them with a pair of sack wheels and some training in carrying using a two man lift.

I see MyChoice don't dispute that the web site claimed the cooker hood was in stock when in fact it wasn't. The delivery date is irrelevant as it always takes a day or more to deliver. Here is the rest of the email they sent

"This manufacturing delay is unfortunately affecting the whole UK market. We are monitoring the situation and have reserved stock for your order. This date can come forward and we will contact you in due course confirming delivery details."

I think mychoice are confused about the meaning of "in stock". Also, as it's a manufacturing delay they can't really even guarantee "mid-June".

Purchased some kitchen appliances from MyChoice. It's not everyday you come across a genuinely helpful, trustworthy and competitive online retailer who do what they say they do: strive to give the perfect online retail experience.

I ordered new appliances for my kitchen. I got good prices, great products and service that put a smile on my face. Mychoice were caring and responsive and ensured that my goods arrived safe and sound and on time. I have just had the same problem as TREVOR BAWDEN below. I ordered a cooker hood that was clearly shown as being in stock. I need this item quickly and would not have ordered it if it had been out of stock.

As I received no update I phoned to enquire, but wasn't given an answer, just told that theywould get onto order processing. Later that day I received an email that said
"As stated on the website delivery of the Baumatic STD6.2SS Hood is expected from mid June 2014."
When I ordered the date was given as May.
My first, and, unfortunately, last order with mychoice.

The item was much cheaper than any other company. Delivery was fast and overall the service was great. I would definitely use mychoice again.
