Dreadful! Wrong product, still awaiting refund!
The music sent was not for the piano as it had been described as only had the treble clef. To return you first have to follow a long process to get a return number, when print out a return form yourself on which you must write the return number. You then have to post at your own cost despite the item being not as described… I followed all of this process and posted back at least 10 days ago and am still waiting for an acknowledgment of my return let alone the money back! I will never use this company again. Outdated returns policy and hopeless customer service,
