Drawn out Refund Process so a bit dissapointing

Bought a Hartke Amp that failed after a couple of weeks. Great delivery and great amp (if it hadn't died) but I think they are built to a price not a standard. Not Musicroom's fault. They organized a collection and, when they decided the amp could not be repaired. Acknowledge receipt/return of amp and promised a refund in 7 days- that took 5 weeks and 4 emails to chase to eventually get my money back. Ok company and product but you shouldn't have to wait 5 weeks to get a refund that was promised for 7 days so that's why they lose the stars sorry.

Used to be good but now I’m not sure

I loved buying music books from here but now I see that since you have sold off your company you no longer sell physical music books? Disappointing. I hate printing out my own sheet music as the paper and ink quality is so low, then there is the hassle of putting the sheet music into a folder. The book that I wanted to buy from you was only offered as a pdf print off and after a bit of searching on the web I found it for free anyway.

Efficient service- long may it last!

The music arrived quickly and efficiently. This has been my usual experience over a number of years as a customer of musicroom, and I hope this quality of service will continue under the new arrangement with Sheet Music Direct.
