My goods had the incorrect shipping…
My goods had the incorrect shipping address printed on the parcel, despite the address being auto populated from My Account details on the Music Room system. As yet I have not had confirmation of either a refund or replacement

Order was late, annoyingly
Sadly, having placed my order on Sunday (1/2/26), I was expecting the books by Tue 3 (or Wed 4 at the latest) - the books arrived on Thu 5/2/26. I needed them by Wed 4 at the latest. What didn't help is that Evri appeared to have the wrong tracking number so I couldn't track the parcel and couldn't tell Evri what I thought of the late delivery. It wasn't clear whether the lateness was due to M'room or Evri. Usually, I'm impressed with how quickly my orders come through.

Helpful staff

Evri Courier Problems
Musicroom give three options for delivery - Evri 2 day (£2.99), Evri 1 day (£4.99) and UPS (**£18.99***!). After a long delay Evri lost my package, after emailing Musicroom they sent me a replacement for free with UPS and it arrived with no problems.
I had no problems with Musicroom as a shop, but why do they use such an appalling courier as Evri? UPS isn't a serious alternative at such a high price.
