We know how stubborn (and frustrating) a bad kitchen stain can be, so it’s really reassuring to hear Josh was able to fix it properly and leave you feeling confident in the result. I’m also pleased he came across as helpful and professional throughout — that matters just as much as the finish.
Thank you again for choosing Mr Sander® — we’ll be here anytime you need us.

GP — thank you for this.
Deep scratches on engineered wood are the sort of thing your eye goes to every time you walk past, so I’m really pleased Josh managed to sort it for you. And it’s great to hear he took the time to explain the plan properly beforehand — when you understand what’s being done (and what’s realistic), the whole process feels a lot more comfortable.
Thanks again for having us in.

What a fantastic experience with Mr Sander. Not only did Aliber do a brilliant job on all my wooden floors, turning them into their gorgeous natural state after years under dark stain, but he was an absolute pleasure to have around. We completely understand how daunting it can feel to lift years of dark stain — you’re never quite sure what will be underneath — so it’s wonderful to hear how pleased you are seeing your floors back in their beautiful, natural state. I’m also really glad Aliber made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable; having someone in your home who is polite, respectful, and clearly experienced matters just as much as the final finish.
Thank you again for trusting Mr Sander — your “100/100” genuinely made our day.

Marco was an absolute pro delivering a top class service, and great guy
The Speed at which Tom came back with a guide price and date options for a technician to come and inspect our floor was very quick and clear.
Marco arrived on time and explained the job simply so I could understand and was considerably cheaper than other quotations. He also got the job done quickly, with no mess and to a very high standard. I couldn't recommend the team highly enough.

Probably the best workmen out there
Probably the best workmen out there! Alex and farther Alan are master craftsman and really did a fantastic job on our wooden block floors. After 20 years of neglect the level of care and attention they gave was second to none. Five different grades of sanding using top quality equipment with primer and two coats of laquor and a sealant have tramsformed our living rooms and hallway to high quality finish and very modern finish. Honestly I cannot recommend these guys highly enough they can be left to get on with the job. Seriously well worth the money. You don't get the level of experience and craftsmanship these days. They take the time to replace blocks and custom cut and fit old or water damaged blocks where needed. Again I cannot recommend them highly enough and I'm a tough customer !

I would sincerely like to thank Mr Sander for introducing Behnam. He and his colleague, worked with great care, skill, and professionalism. My floor was in very bad condition, with many gaps honestly, I didn’t think it could be fixed! Behnam did an amazing job repairing and sanding my damaged floors. I honestly didn’t think my floors could look this good new again, but the results exceeded my expectations.
Highly recommended!

We had a deep oil spill on our solid oak floorboards. Spoke to a couple of flooring specialists who said it was not possible to patch repair and we would need to sand the whole floor back. Mr Sander were able to help. Josh came round and did an amazing job. Sanded back the affected area and lacquered it. You literally can’t tell any difference now, even right up close. Would absolutely recommend them based on Josh’s work. Very friendly man in the office I spoke to as well.

An oil spill on solid oak can be really worrying, especially after being told a full re-sand is the only option — so I’m genuinely pleased we could help with a proper patch repair. Credit to Josh for getting the blend so spot-on that you can’t see the difference, even close up.
Thanks as well for mentioning the friendly support from the office — we know that reassurance at the start matters.
