Mr. Sander's technician Marco did a fantastic job sanding our playroom floor which was previously painted. He was incredibly efficient and the finish is high-quality—the room looks brand new! Very happy with the result.

Very smooth and easy process
Very smooth and easy process. Tom in office very flexible regarding timings and pleasant.
Decided to go ahead as Yolti (Marco) clearly very knowledgeable when visited my home to provide a quote.
Also on Sanding day on time, pleasant and worked diligently to restore my hall floor. Would definitely recommend MrSander compared to other companies I received quotes from.

Not happy
We employed Mr Sander to come and fix our damaged floor. The operative who came did a dreadful job. When I companied to Mr Sander asking then to review the pictures I sent them they just forwarded everything on to the operative which is exactly what I asked them not to do. After a number of strong and difficult phone calls they did send another person to fix the problems, but it took 3 months. The person they sent was not a Mr Sander employee. They claim to have 31 years experience but as the first operative told me I think they are a franchise operation (they call them trusted partners).

We are sorry that you still feel disappointed about this experience.
After your concerns were raised, we reviewed the matter and arranged for a different team to return and carry out further remedial work over a number of visits, at our own cost, to bring the floor to the standard you expected. Our intention throughout was to resolve the matter properly and leave things on a positive note.
We also acknowledge that one aspect of the communication during the complaint process could have been handled better, and for that we apologise.
While we do not agree with all of the characterisation in your review, we did make every effort to address the issues raised and go beyond the original scope in order to achieve a good outcome for you.

Josh did a really good job removing some deep scratches in engineered wood flooring. I was really impressed with his detailed explanation of what he was going to do beforehand and professional service.

Marco was an absolute pro delivering a top class service, and great guy
The Speed at which Tom came back with a guide price and date options for a technician to come and inspect our floor was very quick and clear.
Marco arrived on time and explained the job simply so I could understand and was considerably cheaper than other quotations. He also got the job done quickly, with no mess and to a very high standard. I couldn't recommend the team highly enough.

Probably the best workmen out there
Probably the best workmen out there! Alex and farther Alan are master craftsman and really did a fantastic job on our wooden block floors. After 20 years of neglect the level of care and attention they gave was second to none. Five different grades of sanding using top quality equipment with primer and two coats of laquor and a sealant have tramsformed our living rooms and hallway to high quality finish and very modern finish. Honestly I cannot recommend these guys highly enough they can be left to get on with the job. Seriously well worth the money. You don't get the level of experience and craftsmanship these days. They take the time to replace blocks and custom cut and fit old or water damaged blocks where needed. Again I cannot recommend them highly enough and I'm a tough customer !

I would sincerely like to thank Mr Sander for introducing Behnam. He and his colleague, worked with great care, skill, and professionalism. My floor was in very bad condition, with many gaps honestly, I didn’t think it could be fixed! Behnam did an amazing job repairing and sanding my damaged floors. I honestly didn’t think my floors could look this good new again, but the results exceeded my expectations.
