Sarah contacted me & I uploaded photographs, we negotiated a price for my two Suzuki Van Van’s. Within 24 hrs a collection was arranged. Simon came to my home, paperwork soon done, money transferred into my bank a/c within minutes. Bikes loaded, shook hands with Simon & off went my two bikes I have owned for past 15 years.
Would not hesitate to recommend this company & pleased with the sum offered for my Van Van’s & the smooth transaction thereafter

You’re absolutely right—trade prices are usually lower than private sale prices. That’s just how the motor trade rolls.
We took a good look at your case, and honestly, asking top money for a 125cc scooter with more miles than most family cars is always going to be a hard sell—for us or any other buyer.
That said, if someone does offer you what you’re after—grab it with both hands and send them our way, we’d love to meet them!

Sold my Yamaha 650 Drag Star
Aaron came today as arranged. Lovely bloke, very knowledgeable as you would expect. Knew all about my bike. Turned out to be an American import and had had a respray. Had to drop a little on the price, but very happy with the transaction.

Great, quick service, very knowledgeable
From the first enquiry they were straight shooting and realistic with me, no sugar coating just straight to the point and honest about price etc.
James on the phone was helpful as my first point of contact, and Aaron (Scouse) who collected the bikes was exceptional, helpful, understanding and fair. He even waited patiently while we ensured funds had cleared into our account. Fantastic experience start to finish. A joy to deal with. Highly recommended.

Waste of time and patience.
Filled out the enquiry form online and sent photos.
Then had to repeat the process when someone got in contact a few days later.
Low offer but that's to be expected.
My issue is, I answered all their questions but when it came to my questions, they were ignored or hours later I would get, I'll have to get back to you.
I asked confirmation on collection for two consecutive days with no joy and on the day that I ask due to my availability, I get a call asking would the following day be okay.
Apparently their drivers have been trying to contact me, phone calls, texts but no reply.
Lies. No one had contacted me via phone, text or email.

I've looked into your case thoroughly, and while we're genuinely sorry for the lack of clear communication and the inconvenience caused, we want to be upfront: there wasn’t much more we could’ve done differently in this situation.
We aim to collect all bikes within 48 hours of agreement. However, with lower-value scooters like yours, it’s not economically viable to send a driver on a dedicated route. We always wait for a planned route that passes through your area — which is exactly what we were doing. It’s not perfect, we know, but it’s how we keep things efficient and fair for all our customers.
When Sarah called to arrange a collection for Friday, we were more than happy to work around your schedule. Unfortunately, you declined without offering an alternative time, which makes it a bit tricky to help.
We’re always open to finding solutions, but it takes two to make it work.

Contacted Motortradeteam to try and get shut of my bike that i didn't have the time or money to get back on the road, the only down side that i had was if being picky they were a bit slow in returning any messages (only dealt with via messaging) they did reply saying that they were interested in buying my bike and requested photos which were sent and they returned with an offer which i excepted and date for collection arranged.
The driver called Steve turned up early as i informed them i had to go out by a certain time, he was very friendly and was more than happy to talk in general with me and i didn't feel rushed or pressured at any time, all paper work was dealt with there and then and money was handed over to me at the agreed price.
All straight forward and stress free.
Cheers Steve for a relaxed and stress free exchange a credit to your boss.
Would honestly recommend them at any time.

Scott: Exceeding expectations.
Scott was exceedingly helpful, I explained that I’d needed to walk 40 minutes to reach the destination of where my vehicle was to be picked up from. Scott kindly offered to pick me up to take me to the vehicles location. Scott then asked for all relevant information about the vehicle and asked for all necessary documentation and once finished offered again to drop me back home. Scott was friendly, polite, fast and efficient.

Doesn't know what she is doing!
Booked in for collection after negotiated a deal. Said collection would be after 4pm, I get a phone call in the morning at 730 saying he could collect at 9am, so I shuffled things round at work to get back for 9. He rang back a few minutes later saying, another customer has confirmed and the office would get in contact with me to arrange the time.
I spoke to the office and they said they will speak to the driver and call back, they did but with no update.
I get a text to call the office, which I did, to be told the person I done the deal with doesn't know what she is doing and offered me too much, they came up with a new offer £900 less.
Looking through these reviews it's not the first time they have done this. Thought it was too good to be true.

We do aim to be as flexible as possible with collection times, but in this case, there was clearly some miscommunication. That’s on us, and we’ve already spoken with the team to make sure we’re more aligned moving forward.
As for the pricing issue—this was down to a genuine error in the valuation process. We totally understand how frustrating that must have been. It’s not something that happens often, and we’ve made sure it’s been addressed internally so it doesn’t happen again.

We do collect bikes without a V5C, but it’s always on a case-by-case basis — and in this instance, something just didn’t sit right with the team. If that wasn’t made clear, then we’ll hold our hands up and apologise for the miscommunication.

Sold my first bike on here and Scott came to collect it and he was amazing, such a lovely guy and even helped me out to make sure i don’t make the same mistake next time for when I get my car :) what a great guy he went above and beyond.
