Highly recommended for quick sell of motorbike
Just sold my beloved bike. Great communication from start to finish, i was contacted pretty straight away after filling the online form and the bike was collected the next day. I was informed in advance about collection time and the process was very smooth. Scott who collected my bike was very informative and friendly. I can highly recommend motortradeteam if you are looking for a quick sell of your bike.

A sad decision to sell my last bike!!
But they made the process very easy they were courteous and professional throughout. I feel the price both offered on the phone and paid on collection. Was very fair and the highest achieved in contacting various companies. I would also mention some of those companies I wouldn't have dealt with simply from their manner in which they dealt with my enquiry. The gentleman who collected my wonderful FJR1300 could not have been anymore helpful, Courteous professional and above all Patient. I'm Old & Slow he was excellent. Money transferred into my account Immediately at the price agreed. My previous bike sales over the years by this Trade method has not always successful as the price agreed wasn't always what they wanted to pay.
In summary if you want to sell into the trade without all the hassle of selling privately this is the company to use in my opinion.

Great valuation service and honest negotiation for price. Collection by Steve was really helpful he ensured that the funds were transferred as soon as he arrived to collect the Bike. He completed the paperwork and online ownership transfer for me. Overall very professional and polite service would highly recommend.

Shameful service
Spoken to someone over the phone and agreed on a price for my old motorcycle. Than got ignored for a couple days after which I finally managed to reach someone. Who told me they'd take the bike on that day which never happened. Now once again a couple days later they won't answer my calls or texts whatsoever. Untrustworthy scammers is the best way I can describe them. All in all an absolute disappointment and waste of time. Thx for nothing.

Disappointing
Organised a price and agreed. Tried to organise collection but they did not contact me with any information. They would then not answer my messages or calls. I understand if you don’t want the bike but at least have the decency to tell me so I can make alternative arrangements for a sale.

It was a very easy and simple process from start to finish from receiving the initial offer for our two bikes to the collection earlier today with Aaron giving me an honest and informed offer based on his many years experience in the trade. Aaron is a lovely, honest guy who insisted that he wouldn't leave with the bikes until the money had hit my account, which was seconds on the fast payment while loading the bikes into the van. Very professional from start to finish and can't recommend them highly enough.

Made the process really easy. I appreciate the quick calls to confirm the details and process. It made the process a lot less ambiguous.
On collection the driver Steve made the paperwork and process of getting rid of the scrap bike so easy and it was done in less than 20 minutes.
