A very good service.
Selling the bike was quick and easy. Scott was a friendly guy who arrived on time, completed the paperwork and sorted the bank transfer efficiently before he took the bike.

Poor service and misleading quotes
Waited 13 days for collection , to then be low balled massively on the original "guaranteed bike offer" price the moment payment was due. Sent clear pictures of the bike and explained it wasn't running for some time but was then told the bike was in "poor condition" due to a minor cracked fairing on the underside of the bike despite already seeing the bike ? Company clearly had no intention paying the original price or commiting to the collection. Is advertised as a collector of unwanted and scrap bikes but is actually a re seller clearly looking to get the bikes cheaper than normal.

Our initial quotes are always based on the description and photos provided to us. When the bike was collected and inspected in person, the cosmetic condition was found to be quite different to what we had been shown, including damage that hadn’t been visible in the original images. The final offer simply reflected the actual condition we saw on arrival, rather than the condition originally described. In situations like this we do have to revise the offer to reflect the true value of the bike.
Of course, there is never any obligation to go ahead when a revised offer is made, and we completely understand if someone chooses not to proceed. We aim to be fair and transparent in every transaction, and the majority of our customers are pleased with the service they receive.
We appreciate your feedback and will continue to work on making communication around condition and pricing as clear as possible. If you’d like to discuss anything further, we’re always happy to help.

Great company to deal with. Honest and efficient. A price was agreed and a few days later Scott arrived to collect my motorcycle, he pushed it from the side of the house and onto his van doing all the hard work, many thanks! Payment made, job done. Thoroughly recommend 😊

Absolutely fantastic! Got back to me quickly, gave me an honest review of the bike I was scrapping, didn't best around the Bush at all. Collection times were accurate, was all sorted out quickly, would definitely come here again if I need another bike scrapping

As a trade company, we’re always upfront that we can’t offer the top-end private sale prices — but we do our best to make up for it with speed, ease, and peace of mind. We completely understand this doesn’t suit everyone, and that’s okay.

Do not trust a word from them
They set the appointment to the try to low ball you on the spot to have your bike for chips. The quote they give you is not what you going to get.
Obviously depends on inspection in person.
But when a bloke tries to tell you your bike probably has been in an unrecorded accident because cast aluminium piece’s on the bike are bent which they weren’t and FYI cast doesn’t bend its cracks and breaks tells you everything you need to know.
Incompetent to say the least.

Thanks for the colourful review — although not quite as colourful as the panels on the bike we later saw listed on Facebook Marketplace under the name Budget Cars 👀
Usually, the quote our buying team gives over the phone matches what we pay — provided the bike shows up as described. Unfortunately, when our collection team arrived, they were greeted with what looked like a late-night DIY paint experiment. Naturally, that affects the final valuation — as any genuine trader would understand.
We appreciate that traders such as yourself are always hunting for a margin — so are we. But leaving a one-star review while flipping the same bike (with a respray that looked like it was done in the dark) feels a bit rich.
We had a look, and there’s no sign of Budget Cars being a registered business — just a Facebook alias. That’s fine, of course, but if you’re going to criticise our valuation process, transparency should go both ways.
We value all feedback — even when it comes with a splash of overspray. If you ever fancy a more straightforward deal (with matching panels), you know where to find us 😉
