Fantastic Service

Had a small issue with a trolley that I purchased in September 2025. Contacted Motocaddy and Neve was quick to respond to my issue, and to my delight, the repair is covered under warranty. Neve went to the trouble of arranging both the return, but also suitable packaging which I did not have. Very impressed all round.

Excellent customer service

I had a small issue with the speed control switch on my M1 trolley. Issue was a broken rubber washer that was snagging when control was turned. I just neededa new washer not a new switch so contacted customer services to see if spares were available. Sadie responded very quickly and arranged for a washer kitto be posted out to me, at no charge. Kit fitted and trolley running perfectly again.

Top class customer service!!!

I reported a fault with my Cube push trolley on Monday morning. I spoke with Bethany who could not have been more helpful. I expected to have to arrange a repair however was delighted when Bethany offered to replace my trolley with a new upgraded one. I received this the following day! Customer service at it’s best.

Customer Service above and beyond...

Having just purchased a replacement Lithium battery from Motocaddy for my trolley, I experienced a technical difficulty whilst trying to register it on-line for Warranty purposes. I therefore wrote to Motocaddy to explain my problem, and within an hour Andreea in the Customer Service team had resolved the problem, and registered the battery for Warranty for me. Outstanding Customer Service ! Thank you Motocaddy.

Amazing

After reading lots of reviews I decided to buy a pre-owned M5 connect trolly, all the reviews I’d seen suggested they were good as new (and come with a brand new battery).

The trolly arrived pretty quickly and did look as good as new but it was immediately clear that the buttons in the screen of the trolly were not working. I’ve did had to take to trolly to one of their service centers for the module to be replaced, but they had that fixed and ready to be picked back up within 24 hours.

I was initially disappointed that the trolly arrived with the fault, but after speaking with customer services I think this was a simple mistake, and the follow up service could not have been quicker or better.

I’d genuinely have no issues buying another pre-owned product, it looks brand new and after sales service has been amazing.

I had a problem with registration

I had a problem with registering a new battery and I sent an email to Motocaddy and received a reply first thing this morning. Neve dealt with my problem straightaway and it is all resolved completely. Neve was a pleasure to correspond with and I appreciate her kindness and professionalism.

I contacted Motocaddy when my trolley mechanism failed. I spoke with Andreea Tudor who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to solve the issue. The customer experience was first class and I will stay loyal to the brand because of this.

Neve - Customer Service

I have had a S1 PRO trolley for about 10 years now and it is great and NOT let me down. However, I had a couple of small issues (age related). I spoke to Neve in customer service and she was great! Not only did she sort me problem, but did it with professionalism, politeness and efficiency! A ACOMPANY WHO REALLY DOES SUPPORT THE CUSTOMER.

Impressive and speedy customer service

I contacted Motocaddy via email to advise that I had an issue with my carry bag. After a couple of emails, customer service support Mollie A sorted the issue with very little fuss. Quick, polite and no difficulties.
Its been a very long time since I have received customer service like this! It made me so glad I purchased from Motocaddy and will ensure that I do in future. Thanks!
