Rain/Dust Cover
I was struggling to find a replacement Rain/Dust cover for my Motocaddy bag. 1 email and Sadie replied almost straight away. No hassle from her, the issue was sorted and my new cover is happily attached to my bag. Thanks again Sadie, job well done.

Great Customer Service from Neve
I have a Motocaddy Hydroflex Hybrid bag and unfortunately one of the clips that secures the carry straps to the bag broke, searches Motocaddy spares but unfortunately couldn't find item listed, called customer services and spoke to Neve who couldn't have been more helpful, not only did she track down the clip she sent 1 plus a spare out to me free of charge. Superb service.

I bought an ex demo battery which was fully posted to me.
The battery works well on first use but when charging the red light comes as it charges. However, the green light does on when the charger has been on for a couple of hours. Normally it should go green
I reported this to Motocaddy and I was told that I had to send the battery IN A TROLLEY as it was unsafe to transport without. I questioned why it was safe to send a battery to a customer without a trolley but they were unable collect it without.
I ended up against a brick wall trying to get the company collect the battery. I was told that I could take it to a testing station, the nearest was19 miles!
Customer service is appalling- we have regretted buying this and a push trolley, this has a failed brake, so we are very upset customers

I have had motocaddy products for most of my golfing years. I have never had to contact them for product issues, a great testament to the quality of the products. I had the misfortune to have part of my golf bag eaten by the grey tree rats. Sadie at Motocaddy sorted it for me. Thank you Sadie, a great service.

Had an issue with my trolley. Contacted Motocaddy via e:mail and I received a very prompt response with next steps to assist in resolving the issue.
Great service and communication from Jamie throughout.
Directed to a local service agent who was equally professional and proficient. From initial contact to resolution ( delivery of replacement trolley) took a total of three working days.
Highly impressive service at every contact point.
Given my experience I would have no issue in recommending Motocaddy and will certainly be a returning customer.

I have required replacement parts for my trolley on a couple of occasions, not through any fault in the trolley, just wear. and tear.
The customer service I received both times was exemplary. Emails were replied to quickly and parts despatched immediately.

I've owned a Motocaddy M5GPS electric trolley for approx five years now, with, to date, no problems.
I recently managed to lose the retaining screw in my umbrella holder, which clamps it in place. i contacted Motocaddy and dealt with a lovely lady Debbie, who kindly sent me another one, FOC.
Well done, Debbie and Motocaddy!

Search for Cube replacement wheels !😱
I have had various Motocaddy products over many years of golfing. I wanted to replace my Cube push trolley wheels. Not an easy task…. Various calls to Motocaddy and other generic golf trolley companies, I drew a blank ! None in stock… sold out….
Thought about giving up and the expense of a new trolley ( current one still in good nick ) made me try one last Motocaddy call… Neve Charley took the e mail and has been fantastic to deal with. Excellent product knowledge and a wonderful customer facing service. Thanks to her I have brand new wheels.. front and back… and to all intents and purposes… a brand new trolley wheels!

I had a problem with my caddy that…required switching out the cady control box
I had a problem with my caddy that required changing the control box. Jake Langejans, from your tech department went above and beyond by scheduling a Facetime call and literally walked me through changing the control box out. He was very patient and informative. We successfully changed out the part in about a half an hour. He saved me having to send the caddy back to San Diego, fix it and then return it to Utah. Jake is an outstanding representative to your company and I would highly consider him for any promotions or bonus as he is extremely knowledgeable of your products and represents your company to highest degree possible. Extremely well done Jake!!!

Great Products, Outstanding After-Sales
Been using Motocaddy for years, always been fantastic products, from their bags to their trollies. Up until now I've not had a single problem, however I had a small issue recently where a plastic clip had snapped on my golf bag straps. A quick phone call to Motocaddy and a couple of pictures of the clip, and I received new clips in the post 2 days later. THIS is what will keep me coming back to Motocaddy in future. Thank you so much again Sadie for organising this so quickly.

Great product, equally great customer support…
Bought an M7 in March 25 and hydro flex bag January 26. Both have been excellent products that have exceeded my expectations. However, the best thing about Motocaddy has been the remarkably fast, professional service. I needed some help in ordering and have had a few other question. Deane (spelling) is just incredible. Can’t say how much I have appreciated her timely help and comprehensive understanding of the products. Overall, some of the best costumer support I’ve experienced. Thanks for a great product and ongoing service.

Hydroflex standbag issue…
Had an issue with an Hydroflex standbag & wasn't happy with it. The retailer (Golf Online) suggested I contact Motocaddy directly. I dropped them an email & my issue was sorted within 1 hour (sent a couple of emails with images). A replacement bag is on its way as we speak.
Thanks to Neve in Motocaddy customer service. Excellent service.

I called motorcady customer services as the zips on my pro series golf bag had broken. Sadie was very helpful with the problem Sadie agreed to fully replace the bag at no extra cost. This was my second bag in about 5 years The first one had broken zips and i was advised by my local golf centre that i must have over filled and the bag zips. I accepted this and purchased another pro series bag. This lasted about two and a half years when the same broken zips issue occurred. This time i had been very careful not to overfill the bag Sadie's helpful and professional approach was much appreciated.

I purchased an ex display QB2 and the break became faulty after a couple of months, I contacted motocaddy customer care they arranged collection and replaced the trolley with a brand new one.
Great service can’t ask for any more than that
