Wow Matt what a refreshing change

Never had service like it,
Wanted a bit of advice on how to make my trolley work as was glitchy after jumping through the hoops which I felt a little excessive for a maintenance issue I now have a new trolley on way without any argument

I needed a small part.

I needed a small part for my electric trolley. Andreea & Mollie in customer service were extremely helpful and provided the necessary part. I have used Motocaddy for many years now. They have always provided an excellent product and service, and I would not use anyone else. Thank you.

Warranty Claim Great experience

I contacted motocaddy six years after I…

I contacted motocaddy six years after I purchased my golf trolley to explain that the battery charger had stopped working. I was very impressed that they dealt with my enquiry immediately and within two I received a replacement completely free of charge. Excellent service, very impressed.

Excellent Customer service

Have been in contact via email .A Lady called Neve was dealing with a problem I had and was absolutely brilliant, she was so prompt with all correspondence and has sorted the problem. Am really pleased with her and Motocaddy for being so approachable and understanding.

Excellent after service.

Sent email to Motocaddy to see if they could supply me with some spare parts for M1 golf caddy. I received an email back within an hour from Bethany who was very helpful and managed to get parts sent out that day. Excellent service.

I can’t recommend Motocaddy enough! They resolved my issue super quickly and their service was fantastic. I had my problem sorted out in no time, and a huge thanks to Neve in customer service for making everything smooth and easy!

I sent an email ref a broken part to a golf trolley. I wasn't very hopefully that resolution could be found. Cameron took hold of my email and went the extra distance by finding a spare part in the used trolleys department. It's a small miracle as far as I'm concerned what a result....

I had an issue with the front wheel…

I had an issue with the front wheel axle on a year old trolley after a couple of emailed photos and an explanation a young man called Jamie in the technical department said he would order and post me a new axle , on checking stock unfortunately it was not available however after another call Jamie said he would try the pre owned department and a couple of days later a replacement axle arrived in time for me to fit to the trolley and enjoy 18 holes in the sunshine.

I contacted Motocaddy customer services regarding a smart plastic cover that had come off my trolley. They contacted me super quick and are sending one out straight away.
Top rate. Not only do I really like my Motocaddy m5 GPS but also their customer services, which couldn’t be better

Rain/Dust Cover

I was struggling to find a replacement Rain/Dust cover for my Motocaddy bag. 1 email and Sadie replied almost straight away. No hassle from her, the issue was sorted and my new cover is happily attached to my bag. Thanks again Sadie, job well done.

Great Customer Service from Neve

I have a Motocaddy Hydroflex Hybrid bag and unfortunately one of the clips that secures the carry straps to the bag broke, searches Motocaddy spares but unfortunately couldn't find item listed, called customer services and spoke to Neve who couldn't have been more helpful, not only did she track down the clip she sent 1 plus a spare out to me free of charge. Superb service.

Unhelpful Customer Setvice

I bought an ex demo battery which was fully posted to me.
The battery works well on first use but when charging the red light comes as it charges. However, the green light does on when the charger has been on for a couple of hours. Normally it should go green
I reported this to Motocaddy and I was told that I had to send the battery IN A TROLLEY as it was unsafe to transport without. I questioned why it was safe to send a battery to a customer without a trolley but they were unable collect it without.
I ended up against a brick wall trying to get the company collect the battery. I was told that I could take it to a testing station, the nearest was19 miles!
Customer service is appalling- we have regretted buying this and a push trolley, this has a failed brake, so we are very upset customers

I’m very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your experience with our Customer Service team.

Unfortunately, our options are limited when it comes to the collection of lithium batteries, particularly when a battery is believed to be faulty, as there are strict regulations governing their transport.

It may not necessarily be an issue with the battery itself, which is why we suggested collecting both the battery and the trolley together. This allows us to assess the complete unit accurately and determine the root cause of the problem as efficiently as possible.
