Called Motocaddy as the brake on my Cube trolley had malfunctioned. I was still within the 2 year warranty period. Matt asked me to email a video on 30/03/2026 and I’ve received my replacement trolley today (within 3 days).
Great communication and service from Motocaddy, in particular Matt.

My expensive M3 GPS trolley's gps handle failed. It is 3.5 years old, so out of warranty, but has not been used much and doesn't go out in the winter. To rectify the problem requires a completely new handle assembly at a cost of £260-£300. This is obviously a design fault, when you have to pay out a third of the original cost of the trolley when something goes wrong. Would I buy another Motocaddy - No

My MotoCaddy trolley developed a problem with its brake pedal. The service I have received has been superb. My e-mails have been dealt with very quickly and all action has been undertaken quickly. Special thanks to Bethany Abery who has handled this issue throughout and has been brilliant. It has been so refreshing to have received such wonderful service

I placed a spares order and frustrating, I was sent an the incorrect part. I sent an email to Motocaddy explaing the issue and within a few hours of my email, Bethany from their customer service team had arrnaged to send me the correct part. That is very impressive customer service.

Contacted Motocaddy about new a charger as I could see they were out of stock online. Bethany Abery was more than helpful in sourcing me a charger as I explained I how I broke my own and Bethany got it sent asap. Great customer service & would highly recommend Motocaddy which i have used for years!

I had a problem with a cart bag, one email to Motocaddy and it was dealt with. Issue was sorted, a new bag sent without quibble. Really first class service, would highly recommend for brilliant customer service.

I bought a new Motocaddy trolley last month - which I must say I am very pleased with. Had an issue registering for my guarantees on line but I contacted Motocaddy and this was all sorted within a day - great service and many thanks to Bethany for her help.

Ordered a P1 push trolley on-line direct from Motocaddy, had a few initial problems accepting my address but 1 email to 'sales' sorted the glitch and all good. There was then a problem with the delivery (DHL) but again 'sales' sorted this out and arranged a convenient date when I could be available to receive delivery. Sometimes things don't go exactly to plan but if it is dealt with efficiently then all is good. Big thanks to Neve for the help - excellent service.

I had a broken buckle on my Dri series carry bag. I spoke with Sadie Newman in customer support, she was extremely helpful and I received the buckle and a spare in the post within two days. Excellent!

Great trolley - S1 DHC, had an issue registering warranty in which Bethany in customer services assisted me with and got it registered for me.

Some issues with the on-line registration web pages but with a quick email to Customer Services, all was resolved immediately with a manual product registration by a very professional lady.

Sadie was so helpful. It’s a brand new model which meant filling in the warranty form proved tricky. Great to be able to talk to a human, let alone a great member of your team that really cared. Top marks Motocaddy 👍
