Very disappointed with both the product…


Very disappointed with both the product quality and customer service.
I recently purchased a Motocaddy M5 GPS DHC trolley and almost immediately experienced issues with both the battery and GPS system. I sent videos clearly showing the faults and was advised to return the trolley for inspection.
Two weeks later, after hearing nothing, I had to chase things up myself only to be told it still hadn’t even been looked at.
The lack of communication and poor customer service has been extremely frustrating. I’m now constantly having to contact them for updates and to try and arrange a replacement.
For a premium product at this price point, I expected far better quality control and after-sales support

Had a great experience with motocaddy

Had a great experience with motocaddy. Had a unit delivered and the unit wouldn't power up. Called motocaddy they did a walk through diagnostic which was easy. They determined to just send out a new one. Received the new unit in less than a week and they were gracious enough to include some extra accessories. A fed ex label came w the new unit, packaged the old unit up and shipped it out. Thanks motocaddy. I'm a fan.

First class service

Emailed about a rain cover that got damaged on a Monday i had the rain cover delivered on the Tuesday. Fantastic service from Motocaddy.

Very disappointed with comments from…Motocaddey

Very disappointed with comments from company, when needing a spare part, asked when it could be posted told it would arrive 5-7 days, asked if I could collect, only an hour away, told not possible. Could have pains in advance, item could have been left to pick up in car park, not possible.
Found company in Northern Ireland, very helpful, posted to me same day arrived 10.30 next morning. That’s service.
I know where I will buy my next trolley from.

I am very sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our customer support.

Most of our orders are fulfilled and delivered within 1-2 days; however, we advise customers to allow 5–7 days in order to manage expectations during busy periods.

Unfortunately, we do not have a shop at our head office and are therefore unable to accommodate customer collections especially at the start of the season.

However, I am pleased that one of our stockists was able to supply the part that you required.

Top level service

I had an issue with a Motocaddy product, it was just one of those things that can happen in production. This is where Motocaddy and the supplier stepped up. Motocaddy contacted the supplier on Tuesday to say they will send a replacement. The replacement arrived today(Thursday), top service from a quality product. Well done folks at Motocaddy.

Bought a replacement battery for my m7…

Bought a replacement battery for my m7 remote trolley.

Elendig vogn

Elendig vogn, ingen opdateringer til skærm/baneguide, flere år siden min hjemmebane blev lavet om og den kører stadig på det gamle….
Ingen hjælp at hente ved forhandleren ( golfexperten )
Spild af penge og købe den med baneguide, faktisk ubrugelig og bruges kun som almindelig elvogn nu.

I had an issue with a brand-new…

I had an issue with a brand-new Motocaddy trolley which unfortunately failed on its first use. The initial situation was frustrating, but Alex from Motocaddy handled the case very well.

He responded quickly, understood the issue, and helped get the matter resolved without unnecessary delay. He also followed up properly and offered a fair gesture afterwards, which I appreciated.

Good customer service makes a real difference when something goes wrong, and Alex dealt with my case in a professional and helpful way.

80 year old can now walk 18 holes...

I am an 80 year old that was finding it difficult to push a cart even nine holes. I have used the Motocaddy six times and was able to comfortably walk 18-holes each time. It works fantastic and the only issue is a poor GPS signal on the course we've been playing causing the information to reset several times each round, but that's not Motocaddy's issue. A fantastic product!

I had a small issue with an accessory

I had a small issue with an accessory, so I wrote an email to Motocaddy. They responded straight away, and have said they will send a replacement item under warranty.

They also apologised for the small issue.

Excellent customer service, and I have told them that as well.

I was so impressed with Aaliyah and her response to problems with my delivery. She responded immediately to my email after my package was returned by DHL, and arranged for it to be redelivered. She took on the responsibility of explaining to DHL my delivery requests and the package was duly delivered without any further issue. Aaliyah’s sunny demeanour and thoroughness meant what could have been an unsavoury experience into a minor blip. I hope that Motocaddy appreciates what a gem they have working for them. Thank you.
