Small part on a new M7 remote got broken on its first outing. Contacted Motocaddy to request assistance and dealt with Bethany, who was extremely helpful and the entire issue was resolved within 24hrs of it being registered.
Very impressed with the service.

I had great customer service from Sadie, she was very helpful and patient. Her approach made a difference to me not escalating my issue to a complaint. Sadie was very professional in my interactions with her. She updated me made sure my issue was resolved.

Great service from Bethany who was very helpfull and actually sent me replacements for my missing trolley handle trim pieces free of charge. They arrived quicker than expected and were the right colour which had been in question. Maybe the age of Customer service is not dead after all!!

Absolutely horrendous customer service have spent a week trying to sort a faulty remote which they have repaired previously which now again has the same fault, they are unwilling now to sort issues as warranty is out even though its a fault of there own. i have spent over a week on this and the way its been handled is horrendous.
I never again will buy off this company im am disgusted with the way its all been handled.

Straight out of the box there was a malfunction with the battery/battery charger. The battery would not charge past 15%.
Following numerous email exchanges and the intervention of the local Motocaddy rep, I was informed that although the battery is rated at 28v I needed to alter the battery setting on the trolley to 26v. This is very worrying.
I wrote to the MD of Motocaddy (an old fashioned letter) but either he/she is too important to respond or I am just an annoying customer. I have been left to deal with the customer service department.
My trolley is packed-up and awaiting collection for return to Motocaddy, where hopefully the battery and trolley will be marrried-up correctly and the fault that relates to the fact that the battery indicator on the trolley display always showing 100% full even after a round of golf is corrected.
I have yet to receive and answer to the question that I have asked several times of Motocaddy - how did my brand new trolley pass the quality assurance process?

Contacted Customer services regarding my drinks holder not fitting my accessory station on my Motocaddy S1 trolley and Aaliyah was very helpful and arranged to send out the required adapter FOC. Brilliant service.

I recently noticed what appeared to be several splits on the rubber on the front wheel. Given the fact that the trolley was less than 12 months old it seemed this was probably a manufacturing default. I contacted the customer service team who, on receipt of my photos, immediately replied saying that a new wheel was in the post. The parcel arrived 2 days later. Extremely efficient customer service and delivered in a positive and pleasant manner. Thank you Aaliyah who was excellent. If only other companies had a similar side attitude!!

I purchased a CUBE push trolley in 2025 and it recently developed a fault, preventing me from folding the trolley to get into my car. I contacted Motocaddy and explained the situation, sending photos as requested. Matt was very responsive and made a quick decision to replace the trolley, which arrived within a week. Really impressive service.

Purchased a Protekta Bag - it is lovely but when I went use the rainhood it was missing the toggle that goes on the zip. Still waterproof but just a little inconvenient. One e-mail later and Sadie and her team had sent a replacement.

I received excellent service from Aaliyah at Motorcaddy, after my son's trolly fell out of the car and broke one of the fixings, Aaliyah found a replacement part and posted this out within days. Excellent, speedy service which is hard to find these days.

I contacted the support team for an old golf bag where I had lost the rain hood and they helped me source a new one. Aaliyah was super helpful and went above and beyond to find me the particular one!

Called Customer Service to enquire about replacement parts. Beth was fantastic !! so helpful. Even made internal enquiries to chase down some parts I need that are not listed.

I have dealt directly with Motocaddy on several occasions and have always found them to be extremely professional. Most recently I have dealt with Bethany Abery, who was prompt, polite and very helpful, Bethany resolved an issue I had with the umbrella holder by sending me the missing parts I needed. Excellent customer service. Great company, great staff,

Last month I purchased a Motocaddy QB2 push cart which is the most expensive in their non-motorised range.
The purchase was made at a very reputable golf shop.
I also purchased a PING DLX Cart Bag which is a well known, common and generally available bag.
Whilst I did toy with getting a Motocaddy bag, I decided on the PING.
No where on line, especially on Motocaddy's website, or in store, was there any suggestion that this cart was only compatible with Motocaddy bags.
In first use, the top bag support moved to the point it was inches below the hard top part of the PING bag, squashing into a soft area of the bag, restricting access to the clubs being pinched and also one assumes starting to put wear on the bag.
This was over the course of 2 holes.
I have since tried with multiple other bags and all have the same problem with the cart - the top bag support moves freely and its default position where it wants to settle is not where it should to support a bag top (and be in the same plane as the bottom support), but to be at its lowest point which supports nowhere near the area of the bag that it should and not even high enough for a junior bag.
I emailed Motocaddy multiple times without reply, and last week I returned to the retailer for something else and mentioned the issue. They rang Motocaddy for me and were themselves told that they only guarantee compatibility with their own bags - the store themselves had never heard of this nonsense, and as the chap said to Motocaddy, if they had ever been told this themselves they could warn customers accordingly not to buy Motocaddy if they were using any other brand of bag.
Moving on, this prompted Motocaddy to actually reply to me and whilst I stated the obvious, I was asked to provide a video of the problem as it might be faulty.
I did, and the reply was, "Thank you for the video, The upper bag support is functioning as normal, the issue would have been using a non-compatible bag. Please let me know if you have any further questions."
The only question I have is why is this cart not fit for purpose?
Unfortunately in hindsight I now know that others have had the same issue.
Oddly, their original Cube, their current range of cheaper carts, their electric carts etc. and carts from other brands all have the top support that either locks in place, or has zero movement in it at all as almost all adult sized bags are of the same height.
Just not this piece of junk.
So there we are, a cart not fit for purpose (unless you buy their bag and even then I would be surprised if the issue doesn't exist, because you can't stop it).
No warnings of compatibility issues, a basic "buy our bag" or it's tough if you have a problem.
So I will just sell this rubbish, warn the buyer that they need a Motocaddy bag, and move on to a decent brand.

I was looking for a part for my Motocaddy P1. I emailed Motocaddy with a query and they offered to post the part out to me free of charge. I received the part today, within a week. This was fantastic service from Aaliyah and Cameron for which I am very grateful.
