Forfærdelig oplevelse. Vi har inden vores ophold dialog med dem om vores ønske om overnatning. De bekræfter at vi kan få et værelse med opredning. Da vi ankommer kan dette ikke lade sig gøre. Eneste løsning de imødekommer med er at booke et værelse mere… trods mails og bevis på vores kommunikation er der ikke noget at gøre!

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Abend,der Service war aufmerksam und herzlich. Perfekt für einen gemütlichen Abend, an dem man sich rundum wohlfühlen kann!

Ich war 2024 mehrere Übernachtungen im Motel One in Stuttgart Feuerbach und wollte mich vor Weihnachten mal bedanken bei dem Personal und ganz lieben Dank an Ali von der Bar mit seinem Team dann das Team vom Empfang (Merwe…..) und das Frühstückteam die über das Jahr verteilt immer super freundlich u hilfsbereit waren … so macht es Spaß und 2025 komme ich wieder

Bar bezahlt an 20.12.24 keine Quittung erhalten bar bezahlt sogar frühstück dazu gebucht dann wurde behauptet. Nicht bezahlt Aufnahme nur über Polizei Quittung gibt es über nichts ! Raus geworfen in der Nacht aber egal noch frech werden angeblicher Chef sagt nur über Polizei für nichts eine Quittung erhalten Bild und Express so wie alle sozial Media Accounts werden drüber erfahren nie nie wieder ! Video von endfang abends mit Fragern kann ich gerne öffentlich stellen wo frech und unprofessionell geantwortet wird !

Ein Hotel mit 400 Betten (rund 800 Gäste) am Wochenende zu belegen, dafür 170 Plätze zum Frühstück anzubieten ist eine Frechheit. Wer nicht zwischen 07:30 und 08:00 in der Lobby war hatte praktisch keine Chance einen Platz zubekommen. Hinzukommt noch, dass es keine vernünftigen Tische zum frühstücken gibt, sonder Lounge Möbel. Zum frühstücken ungeeignet. Dass das Zimmer, vllt auch wegen Personalmangel bei zwei Übernachtungen nicht gereinigt wird, ok. Aber, es darf gerne gefragt werden ob etwas fehlt. Die Preise kontinuierlich anzupassen ist selbstverständlich kein Problem. Für uns die letzte Buchung in diesem Hotel!!

Quo vadis MotelOne …? Wir sind all die Jahre treue und sehr regelmäßige MotelOne-Fans gewesen, aber so ganz langsam hebt die einst so schöne, freundliche und günstige Hotel-Kette völlig ab. Teure Übernachtung, teures Frühstück, kleine Zimmer, gepaart mit unfreundlichem Personal. Das ist eine ganz schlechte Kombination. Und wenn man dies an MotelOne kommuniziert bekommt man als Antwort man wäre ein Hotel für Business-Kunden … (und wir sind seit Geschäftskunden 😂). Sprich, man hat sich noch nicht einmal wirklich mit der Beschwerde auseinandergesetzt…

War lange Jahre regelmäßig und begeistert in Motel One. Aber seit einige Monate nur negative Erfahrung gemacht. Beim Empfang fühlt man sich als Gast unwillkommen. Freundlichkeit gibt es nicht mehr. Die Zimmer sind wie gewohnt klein, Standard, teilweise lässt die Hygiene nach, Haare im Bett, durchgelegen Matratzen.... Gab es nie bei Motel One. Neben dem unfreundlichen Personal ist jedoch die Preisgestaltung sehr fraglich... 199 für ein Zimmer ist schon unverschämt. Die angebotenen Preis von 89 Euro gibt es nur Monate im voraus. Leider ist Motel One nicht mehr zu empfehlen, es gibt deutliche bessere und kostengünstigere Alternativen. Corona und Schließung der Hotels... vielleicht hilft ein Rückblick um wieder näher am Kunden zu sein.

Ich habe mich sehr gefreut, als ich im Frühjahr 2024 bei einem Motel One Gewinnspiel einen Gutschein für 2 Übernachtungen im Doppelzimmer incl. Frühstück gewonnen habe.
Wir haben dann für das 1. Adventswochende das Motel One in Dresden am Zwinger gebucht, allerdings telefonisch, da eine Onlinebuchung mit dem Gutschein nicht möglich war.
Gestern angereist,Gutschein an der Rezeption abgegeben, alles okay.
Heute wurde ich dann zur Rezeption bestellt und eine externe unfreundliche und freche junge Frau teilte mir mit, dass mein Gewinn an diesem Wochenende nicht gültig sei und ich jetzt alles bezahlen müsste.
Natürlich habe ich mich geweigert und der Dame mitgeteilt, daß die Sache dann über meinen Anwalt geregelt werden würde.
Sie hat mir quasi dann indirekt Betrug unterstellt ( Wo haben Sie diesen Gutschein überhaupt her ?), wirklich unglaublich das Ganze.
Ich habe dann sofort eine Beschwerdemail an die Geschäftsführung geschickt und 5 Minuten später erhalte ich von besagter Angestellten eine Entschuldigung für das "Missverständnis " per Email.
Auf dem Gutschein stand sehr kleingedruckt das der Gewinn während "Messe-und Eventzeiten" keine Gültigkeit hat.
Laut Meinung der "Dame " ist jetzt eine 'Eventzeit" , weil Advent und das würde SIE entscheiden, wann eine Eventzeit ist.
So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt und Motel One eigentlich eine wirklich gute Hotelkette, sollte vielleicht mal sein Personal in Dresden besser Schulen.
Vor allem was Höflichkeit betrifft.
Dagegen war es im Upper West in Berlin immer super.

Wir waren ein Wochenende in Ulm im Motel One,
Haben bei Ankunft das Frühstück nachgebucht und bezahlt. Am Sonntag war der Frühstückraum absolut überfüllt und es war nichts mehr vorhanden.
Es dauerte 45 Minuten bis Brot und Gebäck kamen; Eier waren sowieso aus und bei einer Kaffeemaschine war das Wasser aus und Kaffeetassen waren nicht mehr vorhanden. Nach unserer Beschwerde kam eine Antwort der Direktion " sie täten was sie konnten "
zu einer Entschädigung war niemand bereit.

Mangelhaft. Wahnsinnig lautes Zimmer- neben dem Aufzug lautes Türen knallen die ganze Nacht- alle brüllen Durch die Gänge. Mein Zimmer ist direkt über der Bar draußen. Betrunkene plärren die ganze Nacht herum. Erst durch dreimaliges auffordern wurden sie des Platzes verwiesen. Miserabler Service seitens des Hotels keine Problem Lösung Angeboten. Ich musste mein sehr wichtiges Vorstellung Gespräch wegen kompletter Übermüdung absagen. Katastrophe! Das ist höchstens ein Personal Zimmer und nicht mal das! Eine Zumutung! Unzumutbare Lautstärke von allen Seiten- die ganze Nacht. Man müsste mir Schadens Ersatz zahlen für das verpasste Gespräch. Es grenzt an Körperverletzung.

Wir waren für 2 Nächte in Köln Messe im Motel One.
Uns hat es gut gefallen, Lage top, Service super, Zimmer klein aber zweckmäßig mit gutem Bett, Frühstück für inkl gut u ausreichend.

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the poor treatment I received during my recent stay at your Motel One hotel, located at Invalidenstraße 54, 10557 Berlin, in the early hours of 18th September 2024 around midnight and the middle of the night. Following my arrival from a business trip.

Prior to my arrival, my German partner contacted the hotel by phone to inquire if there were any available rooms. He was assured by the staff member who answered the call there were indeed rooms available. However, just three minutes later, when I arrived at the hotel, I found three employees at the reception engaged in conversation. I politely asked one of them if there was a room available for a short stay. The individual I spoke to responded in an unfriendly and dismissive manner, stating that the hotel was fully booked and no rooms were available.

I questioned how this could be possible, given that my partner had literally called just three minutes prior. The staff member replied that he didn't know and repeated that no rooms were available. I asked again, only to be met with evasive responses. He then claimed that he did not actually work there and was only "helping out" but was unsure of the situation, suggesting I ask his colleagues. His behaviour and reluctance to provide a clear answer left me feeling discriminated against, as it seemed that he simply did not want me to stay at the hotel.

I made it clear that I would not tolerate lies or games, as I had asked several times and was met with dishonesty and inconsistency. It was evident that I was being treated unfairly. This individual, I should point out, was dressed in the same uniform as the other hotel staff working at the reception that night, which makes his claims of not working there even more dubious.

I am deeply concerned by how a supposed 4-star hotel could allow such unprofessional behaviour at its reception. It is alarming that someone could confidently decide who gets to stay at your hotel without ever trying to assess the situation properly, while assuming I may not be able to pay for a room. The colleagues standing next to this individual remained silent throughout, complicit in the poor treatment I received. They clearly overheard my simple request, yet chose not to intervene.

I regret to say that this experience reflects poorly on your hotel's customers service, and I am strongly considering pursuing a formal complaint to ensure that no one else has to endure such a treatment. Had the staff communicated courteously and explained from the outset that the hotel was fully booked, I would have understood. However, the lies, inconsistent information, and discriminatory behaviour I encountered were completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but this situation resulted in a considerable was of time and a highly negative experience.

As a Portuguese citizen, I believe that respect and fairness are fundamental rights, and discrimination is a serious offence.

Munich-Campus location.
You absolutely can find better accomodation at a lower price. For what you pay, the rooms are small and basic (a squeeze for 2 people, no fridge, basic amenities). Breakfast is basic (Continental only). However, the location provides good public transport connections.

Das schlechteste Hotel, in dem ich je übernachtet habe. Zudem kann jedermann einfach ins Hotel spazieren, weil sich im 13. Stock eine öffentliche Bar befindet, die bis 24:00 geöffnet hat. Es kann also übers Stiegenhaus jedermann alle Bereiche des Hotels betreten. Einmal während meines Aufenthaltes befand sich im Erdgeschoss ein betrunkener Obdachloser.
Rezeption: unfreundlich und teilnahmslos
Zimmer: Kleiner als eine Gefängniszelle, Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden, nur ein kleiner Metallspalt daneben. Die Zimmer befinden sich zum Großteil DIREKT am Bahnsteig. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert "natürlich" auch nicht, die Türen schließen nur, wenn man sie zuschlägt, die Klotüre ist nicht versperrbar und die Lüftung im Bad rennt 24/7 und ist auch nicht ausschaltbar.

Ein klasse Motel. Sehr gut eingerichtet, sehr sauber und sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Motel One in Stuttgart Cannstatt ist sehr zu empfehlen

We were gifted this stay by our son's for a joint birthday but also as my husband has blood cancer. The staff were friendly, especially the bar staff and cleaners. The place was very busy whilst we were there. On entering our room I did think one pillow looked unplumped but dismissed this as the room appeared to be clean. The bathroom was spotless. The lack of bin in the main room was a little annoying but I happily put that down to the 'green vibe'. (Read post above - not as green as it would appear). Our son's initially booked one night but added another for us so we had a weekend to enjoy the scenes.
We went for a lovely meal at La Lanterns (a must try if in Glasgow, bookings only). We enjoyed a coffee in hotel bar before bed. The next day having slept in our bed all night we were getting ready to go out. Sitting on the room chair my husband saw what he initially thought was a stamp of some kind on the sheets. He pointed this out. What transpired is we were sleeping in dirty sheets that had been tucked under the bed. A brown staining was hidden from view. My husband has a very low immune system. We cannot afford trips away now and these have to be organised around treatments. We were horrified. We had a card stating an employee had made the room sparkle. He / she hadnt. We looked closer at the bed and found toe clippings around and under the bed. When we explained what had happened the receptionist he apologised and explained this was unusual - on reading online it seems that's not true. He said he would inform housekeeping management who were very strict. They offered to move us immediately. However he wanted to state in front of a lot ne of customers that our second night's payment had not been received. I assured him it was and he said he would check whilst we moved to a "much better room". We were to hand in original keys. We moved rooms to a room with a view of a grubby roof with rags and filth all over it. A restricted view of the area. The room was even more dated that the first with a grubby, drab, deflated sofa bed. We clearly sed the curtain to save us the view. When we returned the keys I produced a confirmation print out we had for the rooms. The same receptionist told us the this frankly wasn't proof we paid - again to an audience of other customers and staff. He did however continue when we protested that it was paid, and stated he had gone and checked it out - and a third party booking had caused the problem. He blamed Booking.com and stated they had withheld one of the two payments for the rooms. They were known for it, he proclaimed. He could see our money and was going to grab it whilst he could. What nonsense! This was all so embarrassing but what worries me is what we're we laying in? We didn't complain about the second room. We merely complained about hygiene levels that were a danger to my husbands life - no exaggeration ( his cancer is incurable ). I did complain but have had no response to my email. Totally disappointed, this really did waste what was a very special gift.

Vom 19.09.2024 bis 22.09.2024 war ich im Motel One Mirabell-Salzburg am Elisabethkai.
Der gessamte Buchungsprozess inklusive online-Check-in verlief reibungslos.
Bei Ankunft im Hotel verlief das Check-in durch den sehr freundlichen und sympathischen Mitarbeiter schnell und unkompliziert. Als besonders positiv empfand ich, dass er meine Zimmer-Nr. auf die Karte schrieb und mir diese zeigte, und nicht laut die Nummer sagte, da ich als Frau allein reiste.
Eine Flasche Wasser (1l) gab es gratis mit auf das Zimmer.
Das Zimmer war tip-top sauber, sogar sehr geräumig mit traumhaften Blick durch die bodentiefen Fenster auf die Salzach und die Bergwelt dahinter.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und auch für Veganer geeignet. Die Cocktails von der Bar köstlich.
Das gesamte Personal war stets sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Nach anfänglicher Skepsis kann ich (ebenso meine mitgereisten Freundinnen) dieses Hotel für einen Städtetripp nur empfehlen.
Zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt.

The hotel is in a good location, the service was fine, and the rooms are nicely finished and kept very clean. But during my stay, I learnt something that shocked/disgusted me. There are signs in the lifts encouraging guests to ''help save the environment'' by not having their room cleaned, to save energy, water etc. Sounds reasonable, who doesn't want their bit to use fewer resources? So, as I was only staying for two days I put the sign on the door to say I didn't need my room serviced. The following morning as I came out of my room a member of housekeeping was in the corridor, who asked if I wanted fresh towels. I said no I was ok. She seemed a little upset, so I asked if everything was ok. She informed me as I don't want my room serviced and had the sign on my door, she wouldn't be paid, as they are paid per room. So, rather than ''saving the environment'', the hotel is greenwashing, to save its bottom line. Of all the cities in Europe, Brussels should be legislating, to protect these vulnerable low-paid workers. Shame on Motel One!

Seit gestern 13.09.2024 nur handwarmes Wasser sowohl in Dusche als auch Waschbecken.
14.09.2024 18:30 Uhr noch immer keine Besserung, trotz Info ans Hotelpersonal und Zusage, dass sich der Hausmeister kümmern würde ist auch heute nichts passiert.
