Zimmer OK, Einchecken abends war auch gut. 3 motivierte Mitarbeiter haben sich mit Restaurantempfehlungen und guter Ortskenntnis überschlagen

Wenn man aber morgens versucht, einen Kaffee an der Bar zu bekommen, muss man mit den „Hausdrachen“ verhandeln und stört eigentlich nur die Privatgespräche der beiden Damen. Wer danach noch eine Parkkarte benötigt und auf Missstände hinweist, stört doppelt.

Das gibt einen bitteren Nachgeschmack.

Terrible experience at Motel One Bremen – very rude and unprofessional staff

We stayed at Motel One Bremen on October 6th, arriving late in the evening after a long drive with our dog. At the reception, the staff clearly saw that we had a dog with us — we even asked for a bowl for him. We paid for the room at check-in, received the key, and nothing at all was mentioned about dogs not being allowed. We were told checkout was at 12:00.

The next morning, October 7th, someone knocked on our door several times. We shouted that we didn’t need cleaning and then hung the “Do not disturb” sign, hoping to finally rest. But the knocking continued. When we finally opened the door, it was (apparently) a cleaning lady who rudely told us: “Dogs are not allowed in this room, you must leave.” She was not only completely unprofessional but also kept knocking despite the clear “Do not disturb” sign. No apology, just rudeness.

At checkout, we tried to explain the situation to the receptionist, but she was equally rude, ignored our complaint, and stayed completely silent when we asked for an apology. Only when we said: “Hello? Are you just going to ignore us?” did she even react — and still with no apology.

We would not have minded paying a pet fee if there had been one, but the way the staff handled this situation was absolutely unacceptable. Instead of professionalism and courtesy, we experienced rudeness, incompetence, and complete disregard for the guests.

Shame on Motel One Bremen — never again!

I found this hotel online, not always the best place to find accommodation, but I struck absolute gold with this one.
The location couldn't have been better, especially for someone arriving by train from Paisley. The side door of Glasgow Central literally leads you to a short walk across Argyle Street to the front door of the Motel One.
Great reception team, always friendly and helpful, the room was not huge but perfectly adequate and kept beautifully clean every day by Iryna. Nice touches for Be One members included a large bottle of still or sparkling water on arrival and a large bowl of free sweets on the front desk.
My tenth floor room was totally quiet when the windows were closed and the bed so comfortable that I actually slept better than I do at home.
My one small criticism is the recycled plastic beakers for hot drinks in the room.
Trying to hold a hot drink in a container without a handle is not for me.
At £13.50 for what looked like a pretty average breakfast in a far-too-small space was not for me, so the Cafe Sono beneath the railway bridge from Central Station won my custom to start the day with their excellent freshly-cooked breakfast.
I paid £480 for 5 nights, which I thought good for a city centre venue, especially one as good as this.

We went in Vienna for a business trip in this hotel. Rooms are good with a beautiful view, toilets are also good but were not cleaned.
The towels are simply folded and put back in their place since I found my hair even the next day.
I had also a bad experience because the third day when I came back from work I didn`t find my powerbank and 2 rings (left the ring on the table before I went to work).
I notified this at reception and they said that they take care and I go out for dinner.
When I came back the ring reappear in my room.
STAY AWAY from this hotel.

Frühstück ist schlecht organisiert (nur eine einzige Theke) im Motel One Köln Altstadt. Dadurch kommt es zu nervigen Warteschlangen. Als es früher mehr als eine Theke gab, war die Wartezeit deutlich geringer. Wirklich Schade, da das Hotel an sich gut ist.

Während unseres Aufenthalts im Hotel für die Cyclassics in Hamburg wurden zwei hochwertige Rennräder gestohlen. Trotz sofortiger Meldung zeigte das Hotel keinerlei Kulanz oder Unterstützung. Für Radreisende nicht empfehlenswert. Passt bitte sehr auf eure Wertgegenstände auf, falls ihr in einem der Hotels nächtigen wollt!

Negatives include:

An extremely rude member of staff on the bar, called "Shareal". The front desk staff were tired of receiving customer complaints about him. This individual should not be in a customer-facing role and (with all respect) possibly has some behavioural difficulties that I hope he gets help for.

beOne members get a free bottle of water, but it is not chilled, and there is no fridge in the room.

The King or Double bed is actually two beds pushed together, so you fall down the gap in the middle.

No milk for the tea and coffee in the room.

Nowhere to put used tea bags.

Cheap plastic cups in the room instead of china cups like literally every other hotel (they can't be bothered to do the washing up, it seems).

Weak water flow from shower.

No room service, or ability to order food.

Overall, it is like paying a lot more than a Travelodge or similar, but having an objectively much worse experience.

Wir waren 2 Nächte mit unseren Kindern im Montel One Wien Westbahnhof in einem Familienzimmer. Der Empfang war sehr nett und der Front-Office-Agent Herr Hakam H. hat sich mehr wie bemüht und wir konnten schon einiges früher das Zimmer beziehen. Das Zimmer hat soweit für uns gut gepasst und wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in wien.

Definitely recommend great experience even by spending three weeks alone just by reading and socialize place design and comfort combined and the food also amazing.

Unprofessioneller und langsamer Check In, Zimmer winzig und schmutzig, teures und flexibles Parken kompliziert.

Die Bitte Zimmer nicht im ersten Stock zu bekommen, wurde mit der Zuteilung von Zimmern im ersten Stock honoriert.

Im Zimmer kein Papierkorb und kein Schrank. Reinigungspersonal freut sich sicher bei der Besichtigung der Unterwäsche im offenen Regal. Scheibe Total verdreckt. Das Motel One in Aachen ist auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen. Es spricht eigentlich nur die Lage des Hotels für Motel One.

Im Frühstücksraum und zwei von drei Tagen, Chaos und Hektik. Schlangen vor den wenigen Kaffeemaschinen und Tische mit schmutzigen Geschirr, lange Wartezeiten. Keine Rahmen, Speisen und Aufschnitt aus der Tüte. Alles andere als ein schönes Frühstückserlebnis.

Alles im allen ein Hotel ohne jeden Charme und mit dem Charakter einer und unpersönlichen Beherbergungsfabrik. Sicherlich auch ein Konzept, aber dann nicht für 125 € die Nacht für eine Einzelperson.

Die von Misstrauen getragene vorab geforderte Bezahlung einer noch nicht mal gesehenen Leistung ist unverschämt und überheblich. Mein erster und mit Sicherheit letzter Besuch eines Motel One.

Null Empathie gegenüber gehbehinderter fast 90jähriger Frau. Soll eineinhalb Kilometer zum nächsten Parkhaus laufen, weil eine Vorhaltung eines Parkplatzes nicht erwünscht ist. Junge mobile Reisende sind hier offensichtlich die Zielgruppe.

Beim Frühstück wird einem der Teller und die Tasse noch während des Frühstücks einfach weggezogen mit dem Hinweis, dass nach 10:00 Uhr weder das essen noch trinken von Artikeln vom Frühstücksbuffet erlaubt sein. Ein bisher einzigartiges Erlebnis in meinem doch bald 50 Reisejahren.

Bedauerlicherweise gibt es keine minus Sterne, die für dieses Hotelerlebnis angemessen her

Motel one Copenhagen är det sämsta hotellet jag bott på, dom säljer 1 natt i dubbelrum men 2 fullvuxna normala människor vill gärna ha mer utrymme.
Sängen var 140 bred med 1 täcke..
Vägg till vägg var rummet 1,9m
1 badlakan att dela på, vi påpekade det o skulle få ett till, det kom aldrig något.
Priset var som att bo på ett bättre i New York.
Vi har varit på.Motel one i Bryssel, vilken skillnad, så mycket bättre.

Jeg har netop overnattet 3 døgn på Motel One Warszawa-Chopin. Flot, nyt hotel med rent værelse, stor morgenmadsbuffet og venligt personale. Rigtig god beliggenhed i det centrale Warszawa. Kan kun anbefale stedet.

München, Sendlinger Tor. Schönes Hotel, tolles Bett, super freundliches Personal (alle!) eine absolute Empfehlung

Für zwei Nächte zu Messezeiten in Ffm € 550 zu nehmen ist eine absolute Unverschämtheit

Sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Preisleistungsverhältniss . Ausgesprochen ruhig obwohl es am Bahnhof ist . Gerne wieder

Wir waren mit einem Team von über 40 Personen zur Shishamesse im Motel One Frankfurt Messe untergebracht – und es hat von Anfang bis Ende alles gepasst.

Die Zimmer waren top, das Team an der Rezeption immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert.
Ein großes Dankeschön geht an Anne, Alex, Laureen, Raluca und Laura – trotz der Größe unserer Gruppe und kleinerer Unstimmigkeiten zwischendurch, habt ihr alles super gemanagt.

Es war nicht ohne, aber ihr habt das mit Professionalität, Ruhe und Herz gemeistert.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!
