Morris Living Recenzje

Visited your site had a look around without any pressure selling thank you we bought and got a good price on our chair thanks and good luck

I noticed that Morris Living had great reviews, with the exception of their courier, who regularly let people down, it seemed. I took the chance, and ordered regardless. I'm really glad I did.

This is a family firm who run on humanness, not computerised text messages. I got a phone call from the owner to tell me that his own driver (not a courier) would be delivering my chair in a couple of days and that the driver would call when he was close. Sure enough, the driver called on the day, said he was 45 mins away, and turned up bang on the time he'd promised. He was lovely. He brought the chair in, made sure it was all set up, then took the packaging away.

The chair looks great and was a really reasonable price - it was advertised as a refurb, but was in actual fact an item that had been returned quickly by a previous customer. So it was as good as new. I'm over the moon with it. I would highly recommend Morris Living, and if you're unsure whether to go ahead, just do it. They are friendly, genuine and they mean what they say. Top notch!

I had previously ordered a chair that was unfortunately too small & the lovely Morris Living colleague couldn’t have been more helpful in replacing it with a suitable size, same colour & delivered the same week.
Couldn’t be more helpful. Thank you

Product not very well made I suffer from back problem and the seat 💺 has no padding you can feel the metal rod of the chair digging into my back..

The helpful sale manager, when enquiring about equipment hire, pointed out that if I needed to hire a rising/reclining chair, for longer than two months, it was more economic to actually purchase - which I did. Ordered on Wednesday - delivered, unpacked, assembled and tested the following Tuesday.

Fantastic experience. Great communication, very helpful. Fantastic product and great price.

The site was easy to view. Easy to order a quick delivery.
Chairs were well packaged and easy to assemble. Now in place and very comfortable.

Ordered by phone 11.00 Friday, delivered noon next day, Saturday! Managed to build myself from clear instructions -not bad for 88 yoa.

First class service. Good communication with customer.
Accurate delivery times. Strongly recommended.

Great company to deal with had a call to arrange delivery.
Arrived on time very happy with my chair

Ease of ordering, First Class Quality Chair.

I bought a rise/recline chair for my mother who lives in a nursing home. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and answered all my questions. The chair was delivered on the 14th January. The delivery driver was brilliant, he unpacked the chair, made sure all connections were working and removed all the packaging. It was much cheaper than local shops. Mum is so much more comfortable.

I found the entire buying experience easy and worry free. The sellers were courteous and helpful and reliable. I would recommend this company.

I am very pleased with my chair. It was delivered in a couple of days from me purchasing it. The team at Morris Living were very pleasant and helpful when ordering my chair.

Did a lot of homework trying to find a chair for mother who had had a stroke and wanted a reclining chair with easy controls that didn’t cost the earth. Found Morris Living website on google. Now most chairs especially the bespoke or made to measure ones are an extortionate price. Mum did not want to pay thousands as she had to pay for care so we were really surprised to find reasonably priced chairs exactly to our wish list.

Yes it’s refurbished but there is nothing wrong with it. In fact we couldn’t be happier. It’s a lovely chair, beautiful colours and does what it’s supposed to.

Morris Living were easy to deal with. Arranged a suitable courier and provided an option to have the chair built and tested.

We were extremely pleased with the quality and the whole ordering process. Thank you Morris Living. You’ve provided mum with a comfortable option other than staying in bed. Would highly recommend

Arrived on time. Lovely comfortable chair. Would have given it 5 but had a small issue with one of the bolts, which was dealt with very efficiently. Would recommend this company

The quality of the chair, the customer service from start to delivery, and the price is worth more than 5 stars!! I highly recommend this family run business

Excellent delivery time. Ordered one afternoon , delivered next morning .product exactly as described .

Very easy to place order on line. Item arrived as described. Pleased with my swivel reclining chair. I would order from this company again.

Emailed the company asking questions about a chair, if it was flat packed or not. Prompt helpful answer. I ordered and in less than a week the item arrived, was built and installed. Exceeded my expectations. Very happy to recommend this company.
The chair is exactly what I wanted
